This is the second time I've…read moresent a child to a dentist to be told he has multiple cavities that need filling, only to get a second opinion to find out that they absolutely do not need filling yet, and that they can be treated with good brushing and some floride rinse, and, hopefully, will never need filling. This time, sadly, I was too late. I allowed one filling to be taken care of before I got the second opinion. The dentist who looked at the original xrays specifically pointed out that the 3 "cavities" diagnosed at Shorewood Family Dentistry were in fact still in the initial phase of decay, and not through the enamel yet. Dentists, like all many of us I guess, have to pay their mortgages and student loans. But there is no excuse! I also found it not only odd, but possibly suspicious, that the dentist himself chose to clean this child's teeth instead of having the hygienist do it. I'd never heard of that happening before.

Every step was explained fully, and my questions were answered to my complete understanding and satisfaction. The staff leading up to my meeting with Dr. Murphy were all efficient and friendly. I moved through the process easily. During my consultation with Dr. Murphy, I was fully informed about the tests being done, the results as he saw them, and also my options for further treatment. I felt heard and respected. Dr. Murphy was highly recommended to me by my dermatologist and he is also on the Top 100 Doctors of Milwaukee, so my confidence was good. During the appointment, I was able to schedule the surgery, as well as the two follow-up appointments needed. I was given paperwork with all FAQs I could need, as well as the financial expectations. I left after a very short amount of time and with all the information I would need. I have now had my surgery and that also went incredibly well. I will review this on the Envision review as that is where the procedure was done. I will, however, return to Milwaukee Eye Care for my followup appointments and I have no reason to believe I will be less satisfied afterward.

I was told it would help reduce the appearance and lift the under arm The consultant went as far as pushing up on the excess and saying that it would achieve that much difference. The results were devastating my arms went from 14 inches to 17 inches as the fat was decreased which made the skin that much saggier ...I went in to talk with the director and her comment waa that it didn't look that bad I was furious $ 2800.00 gone and horrible results.. When one of the techs was doing the procedure she made a comment...this really isn't for underarms..it's not going to tighten the skin...this was at my last procedure ...I was in shock!!!! (At regular or western doctor visits through the decades, there was nothing to be done other than my being assigned 3 physical therapy appointments along with Ibuprofen at each incident, yielding MONTHS of pain and little help...) Within several MINUTES with Dr. Zhou, WITH THE PLACEMENT OF A SINGLE NEEDLE, he dropped my shoulder pain levels from 10+ to a 1 or 2, and told me what I suffered from was 'frozen shoulder'!! It was nothing short of amazing! I have never been able to get a diagnosis on this, my pain dropped immediately, and he knew EXACTLY what the problem was. I'm way out of balance as I favor and use my right arm for everything, and seldom use my left arm and shoulder. I have never done activities like golf because that I am terrified of re-igniting this painful injury. I have since continued Dr. Zhou's very effective treatments, techniques, and advice to roll back the decades-long list of damage to my shoulder muscles and tendons - to help get my strength back, and help restore proper shoulder functioning. I feel like him and his sessions are truly healing me. Dr. Zhou shows compassion and concern, and it feels like he is 'my' doctor. Dr. Zhou is also very warm and funny. This review allows me to give him up to 5 stars, but I give him 100 stars!! His office staff and massage people are also super nice, friendly, and clearly exceptionally trained.
