I went in needing a tummy tuck and muscle repair and I didn't get that. He mentioned to someone who…read morewas in the room during one of my follow ups and he said he did a panniculectomy.. He removed the hanging skin but before my surgery, he did not mark me or anything. I mentioned that i did not like my "dog ears" and he said, "well you look better than you did before!" and then scheduled me for a check up 4 months later. I scheduled an appointment for him to fix my dog ears ASAP! My incision scar is THICK and horrible and my belly button is right through a stretch mark. I wish I did more research and went to a REAL plastic surgeon. I will be going else where to have my stomach fixed, wish I could get my money back. I am currently 6MPO and I absolutely HATE my results.. My front sides still hangs over and i can pull at a lot of skin, above my belly button is still loose and i look pregnant because i did NOT receive muscle repair. Nothing can be fixed because I have posted negative HONEST reviews online. Oh well, I will go to someone with more experience on tummy tucks and revision!

I went to Dr. Dryden for a blocked tear duct. He explained how he was going to open a channel into…read moremy nose. He proceeded to make an alleged channel into my nose but it did NOT work. He made a large ridge, scar, around my eye. I now was supposed to go back for another surgery, this time up thru my nose. After being cleared by my primary Dr. and an ENT Dr., I was set up for my surgery on the 28th. I went to. Joseph Hospital, went thru the registration and was sitting in the waiting room waiting for the nurse to take me back. My phone rang and it was Dryden's office and she told me that he had canceled my surgery. I went out to my car and decided to call back and ask for a reason for the cancellation. The receptionist at Dryden's office said it was due to"the covid". I explained that I had been cleared. She said she would call the Dr and get back to me. After a long wait and no call back I made the call and was told that the Dr. put me back on the schedule. I then went back into the Hospital and went up to the surgery lounge. The receptionist looked at her papers and told me it was cancelled. I told her the Dr. had rescheduled. She contacted the nurse for pre-surgery and she came out and told me she had just spoken with the Dr and he was not going to do my surgery. We live in Hereford,AZ which is a 2 hr drive. We of course got a hotel for 2 nights since we had to be there for a checkup. That cost was $220.00 . So, I made a 2hr drive, got a 2 day stay in motel and NO surgery. The Dr.(?) certainly could have and should have called prior to my trip there since he knew he was not going to do my surgery. If there even was a covid issue, there wasn't, he could have called and ordered a "rapid" test. This Dr.(?) needs to be brought up on total incompetency charges. I would like to see this happen.

After moving to Tucson and looking for a local establishment for Botox, I walked in for a…read moreconsultation at Skinjectables. I thought it would be crowded and I might have to wait, since it was a Friday but I was seen quickly. The facility is decorated with images of Marilyn Monroe and is very pretty, but the waiting area is heavily perfumed with air freshener or potpourri. I have a respiratory condition and I am uncomfortably sensitive to scents; I had to wait on the bench outside. My injector, Mayra, was young and has been doing this for only a year (I always ask because I inquire about their experience with the needles and the procedures.) She said she used to work for and was trained by a cosmetic surgeon. Despite her youth and relative inexperience, she was skilled in administering. Instead of Botox, Mayra suggested a similar neurotoxin product called Jeuveau, which is slightly more effective than Botox, and less expensive, because they were offering a special. I had it injected at both my 11s on the forehead and the crows feet near the eyes. I have not noticed a difference using neurotoxin around the eyes (twice elsewhere) before, but figured I'd try again, since it was a new facility and a new product. I have strong forehead muscles and I often need maximum units to get the desired result. I received 9 units at the crows feet near each eye, and 24 units on my forehead. It has been a week and I am pleased with the natural yet noticeable results. My eyes look more "open" and my forehead is improved. Mayra said if I can still significantly wrinkle my brows in 2 weeks to come back to touch it up. I might consider other skin care procedures here.

Understandably a very female centric place. However, how do they accommodate the occasional…read moremetrosexual that may stop in? Are they able to shift gears or is everyone Carrie Bradshaw? And that is exactly the feeling that you get when you go in there. The front desk are armed with their Apple computers and hidden behind the screens. They are not very sensitive to esoteric needs. What do i mean? In an effort to coordinate this i was in contact via text. I was trying to figure out who it was that i was conversing with. The person began using abbreviations like "FD" where i had to clarify what she meant; and it was "Front Desk". The place is a bit hard to find and I had to call for coordinates and was rifled off "commands" as to how to get there which was memorized in the presenters mind but not really intuitve. Like she just wanted to "get it out of her system" without regard for whether someone would be able to understand. These are signs to me of what is in store. So when I got there i was given a computer to fill out an inordinate amount of forms. No sooner did i get the ipad that the battery went out. But who wants to fill out all this information on an ipad where there is not a desk; you are just kind of struggling with the keys as you sit in a waiting room chair. Like it doesn't lend itself to use for this purpose because there is not support for the ipad to stay on your lap. If its on your lap you can't really use the keyboard do you see what i mean? Then I went into the bathroom and saw the heaping trash. These are things that people see; we don't care how dainty Carrie says that she is. Then they put me in a treatment room with a towel or fur comforter that looked dirty. The table wasn't adjusted at all and i sat and sat and sat and sat until i walked out. That was my experience. For me its not a place for guys. But again dare i say that these actressess might want to consider some of what i say. But they won't; I can see that as clear as day. They are set in their ways. It is his fault you see. They will falter and falter to the point of ad nauseum. As long as the facade of the Apple computers at the front desk are fired up and ready to go; that is all that matters. The show must go on. Thats all.

I had a breast reduction with an abdominoplasty and 360 liposuction completed in Sept. 2025. From…read morethe consultation and including every interaction to follow, Dr. Rao was very kind, professional, informative and patient with any questions I had. This level of professionalism was also seen while interacting with his office staff, including Patricia, Summer and Este! Communication from front desk, the office manager and Dr. Rao himself is exceptional! My results are incredible! I never could have imagined my "mommy make-over" looking this GOOD! Even with a history of breastfeeding two kids, my breasts are perky and the perfect size! Incisions are barely visible on my breasts and around the nipple. My abdominal scar is more noticeable but can be completely hidden beneath underwear or a swimsuit. I will continue to use scar tape to help the color fade over time. I went from a size 14 in jeans to a size 8. My belly went from fupa to flat and the 360 lipo helped create perfect curves! As expected, the first week involved lots of resting and small movements (with the help of my cheese pillow and a walker). Pain was manageable with RX pain meds in the beginning and then strictly Tylenol through week 4. Post-surgery, Dr. Rao would call and check in with my husband and I to be sure things were on track and I was recovering well. I am entering week 14 and my healing process continues to be going great! I had one small tear at the "T" point beneath my right breast. Dr. Rao monitored the area closely, coached me in how to change the dressing, answered all my questions and assured me it would close without needing additional sutures. All of this was true, the tear closed weeks ago, there was never any pain associated with it and there is zero additional scarring in the area. Aside from being a very common place for a tear due to pressure, I have small children and am very active. I think this may have played a role in creating the tear. I am ecstatic about my results and I am so grateful I chose Dr. Rao as my surgeon! I would recommend him and his staff over and over to others. Dr. Rao's office will be my go-to for any future procedures.

When I told my husband that I wanted a mommy make over he did not hesitate to contact Dr. Rao. He told me he is that best, and rest assured he is. I had my breast augmentation done over a month ago, and my results were amazing. He takes time to listen to your concerns and address all of your issues. Most of of all, he isn't reckless. If he doesn't think your implants will fit your body, he will let you know. My best friend thought my boobs were so fantastic, she saw Dr Rao and had a breast augmentation as well. Highly recommended.

BEST doctor's experience I've had in Tucson!…read more Here's why: -Booking the appointment was fast, easy and I could be seen same day! -NO long wait times. Shown to my room quickly and Dr. Gallo came in soon after that. (It is an absolute pet peeve of mine when I schedule an appt but I'm not seen until much later!) -Dr. Gallo was professional but extremely personable. Friendly, good sense of humor--NONE of the arrogance, uncaring attitude or rushing out the door I've experienced in the past. -My procedure (removal of stitches) could be done in the office by Dr. Gallo's staff (who were also very nice and funny) Will DEFINITELY be back and highly recommend Dr. Gallo if you are looking for a great doctor!

Rude staff. Rude doctor. LISTEN TO THE REST THE REVIEWS - find a different doctor…read more I constantly had issues with, Laura (the manager) and I should have just found another PC - but I just thought "yeah they're rude, but I can deal with that because I can make appointments relatively fast". A mistake that's now cost me health, money and a lot of time. They didn't submit the proper documentation to my insurance on time - even though I called and asked multiple times - each time I was met with a rude tone, as if "we're not stupid - don't ask us again". Well, my insurance confirmed that the office ignored multiple phone calls and faxes trying to get it covered. They lied and wouldn't even try to help resolve the issue - then calling the company that she works for - they couldn't care less. They "looked into" my issues and found no problems. They wouldn't talk to my insurance or care to look at the evidence - they said "we talked with Dr Gallo's staff and everything was done properly". No, it wasn't and that's why I'm not liable for THEIR referrals - because they wouldn't submit it within the timeframe needed and lied about it. We choose professionals to do things like that because it's a complex deal understanding the processes and policies involved. They don't act professional and it's as if they enjoyed my issues - both Dr Gallo and Laura. I'm going to sue them because it's cost me months of treatment, a financial loss and countless hours of my life - not to mention the stress it's put on me. Run away - don't walk - this office is only interested in your money.
