I was so relieved that I got transportation from my hotel to a medical test. I originally booked the Hilton embassy suites as they were supposed to have a shuttle that ran during the time I needed to go. But after I got to the hotel, no it was not so, my friends daughter found this transportation source for me. My driver was Josh and thank goodness for him. He was punctual and helped me feel safe. I am not the person that does this. I have never done any kind of review. However in this case I felt like I had to. My wonderful man and I got a ride from this Tony guy. From the start it was obvious that Tony did not like the fact that I was a beautiful black lady and I was with a white man. He was very short and rude with my man and almost as bad with me. I am not sure why he chose to act in this manner. He must have a sister or someone he knows that is with a white man and he doesn't approve or maybe he is just prejudice period. Maybe some fine white man stole his black lady. Whatever the case I would not recommend this service, especially if you are a black lady and you are with a fine ass white man. read more

Wow! What a great experience. I needed to get to the airport and didn't want to be charged an arm and a leg, so after reading the reviews I decided to give Tony a call. He was polite and gave me an estimate on the spot. The driver scheduled to pick me up called to verify my address and pick up time. We even had a good laugh because I spelled the address wrong. I received a call from Tong to just let me know that the driver that was originally supposed to pick me up had to spend a little more time with his current customer but he would be on his way to pick me up. The ride was awesome and he even gave me the option to pick a quicker route if I wanted. We had a nice conversation and I was to the airport on time. I will definitely be calling Tony anytime I need a ride while I'm visiting Indianapolis. The world needs more Tony's. read more

Amazing.. Tony was EXTREMELY helpful!!! I was unable to utilize his complete service because he couldn't shuttle my husband and son, they were closed. However, he was extremely kind and courteous and referred me to another business. And he sincerely apologized for not having a driver available to be able to help our family!! This car is fantastic I have no idea what that other reviewer was talking about. Tony is a sweetheart and named his business after his mother. I utilize him to take my 75-year-old mother to the airport and around town. He treats everyone with such respect and kindness and is a really intelligent interesting person. Great way to get to the airport. I called a few days ahead of my need and was called back with a price quote in minutes. A phone call assured me my driver was on the way, and the ride to the airport was exactly what I needed - uneventful and enjoyable. Not reliable. My flight arrived and they were not there. My texts to the driver got no reply. My call went to voice mail and got no reply. Called the main office and got voice mail. Emailed and no reply. So I gave up. Eventually got a call from the driver once I had taken a taxi, and he seemed unaware or unconcerned he was late, and hadn't yet noticed my messages. Scheduled a pick up to the Indianapolis Airport for 4:30 AM 2 days in advance with Tony. Received a fast response with quote. From there we confirmed the pickup for 4:30 AM. The night before the scheduled pickup I attempted to call and confirm the arrangement. No response to my email, text and phone calls. We trusted this service because of the good reviews. So we were waiting and ready at 4:30 AM and no one showed up to pick us up. We had to take our own car and race to the airport and park in the garage because of timing which cost me an extra $9 per day (11 day trip). Learned my lesson well. Do not trust Katherine's Transportation. NOT A RELIABLE SOURCE FOR TRANSPORTATION. I've asked for an explanation of the missed arrangement and get total radio silence.
