I'll start by saying that the front office staff are absolutely the friendliest I have encountered in a very long time. First let me say that my appt. was for 9:50 and I was driving away at 9:56. ALL medical professional offices should really take a lesson from this practice first on friendliness, care and concern, and prompt care. First, Morgan was just the sweetest gal and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and gentle while performing her job assisting Katherine Simmons. About Katherine, she is absolutely FANTASTIC performing her job and makes the visit painless. As I said above, all medical professional offices could stand to visit this office and take notes on the day-to-day movements and treatments of patients. If I thought it would make a difference, I would ask that both Morgan and Katherine receive a sizeable raise for the services that they provide making the patients quite comfortable and listening to the patients regarding issues they may have. I will absolutely continue going to them when I am in need of dermatology care. Thank you both.

Unfortunately, over the past five years, the reliability and professionalism have declined significantly. My last five appointments have been canceled just days before I was scheduled to be seen because the provider would not be in the office. Five cancellations in a row is not an occasional scheduling conflict -- it's a pattern. Rearranging work schedules and personal commitments over and over, only to have appointments canceled at the last minute, shows a complete lack of respect for patients' time. After more than 15 years of loyalty, this is incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. I will be taking my care elsewhere.

And on top of that, she brings such a beautiful energy to the room. It's rare to find a doctor who is equally amazing inside and out! So I now have to wait even longer because all of the rooms are full. Before I can give a review of the provider, I couldn't get past the waiting area without an issue. My appointment was at 11:45am, it is now 1:10PM and I'm still sitting on the waiting room Waiting to be called. I can't speak highly on the staffs customer service neither. I don't think this long trip here would be another one after today.

My luck with dermatologists hasn't been so great. They usually spend literally two seconds on your skin, give you a prescription and leave. Dr. Hill was nothing like that. She came in, took a look at my face and then we started talking. We chatted for at least 10-15 minutes, which you know is a long time for any doctor, lol. She gave me her suggestions but still let me pick my own regimen. She was so informative and I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me get my acne under control. I really appreciated that. I'm excited to try this new regimen and see her in six weeks. The dermatologist assistants was also really great and I had a good time talking to her even though she picked on my for using too much crap on my face, lol. Only bad part is her office doesn't take all insurance. So call before you go. She didn't take my insurance but her reviews were so good that I had to give her a try and I'm so glad I did. What started out as a good experience with this business has now turned into one that has left a…read morebad taste in my mouth! I had a follow up visit from the prior year after being diagnosed with alopecia and given products for my condition. The PA and I discussed refilling the prescription for the scalp serum Oxopidaxiaqup but I hadn't planned on purchasing it since I still had half a bottle at home. However, my intentions for this appointment was to purchase the growth serum since I was definitely out. Upon check out I told the front desk person Linda that I wanted the growth serum and thought that's what I paid for and was getting. I asked her to make sure "that's the growth serum right?" And she confirmed that it was. I did not check it there or once I got home because why would I if I asked you twice? However, I used the serum once before my vacation thinking that it was the growth serum. When I cam back from vacation and removed the sew in, I wanted to start back using what I thought was the growth serum, but when I really looked at the bottle, I said hmm this looks different. I then called and spoke with the person at the front Linda I think and explained the situation. She informed me that I was given the scalp serum and that they could not return the serum because of the time passed and because it was used. Ok got it but if you would have given me what I asked for then there would've been no need to return it. She then goes on about how the PA put in the order for me to fill the scalp serum which was irrelevant since I had no intentions of purchasing the scalp serum and was emphatically clear about purchasing the growth serum. I even offered to buy the growth serum and we could split the cost especially since it was Socah Center's fault for giving me what they wanted me to have instead of what I asked for. She would not budge so I ask to speak with Lisa and explained everything again. Lisa even said that the person at the front needs to be trained to verify what's being purchased. She said that she would speak with someone else and call me back the next day but didn't. A week passed so I called and ended up speaking with Walter Dennis. He listened and was on board with a resolution even saying that they would just send me the serum at no cost and he would call me the next day to confirm. Well the next day came and went and so has 4 weeks. Every time I call, I get routed to his voicemail. This is ridiculous and I'm very upset at how this company conducts it's business. Sometimes you do things out of good will because it's the right thing to do. But to not even follow up or even stick to your word is appalling and speaks volumes to your level of integrity! Yes, I can purchase the growth serum no problem, but it's the principle and the fact that the person at the front messed up at my expense.

Being 41 and this being my first mammogram I was a little nervous. Making Saturday's available for…read morepatient appointments was definitely a plus. However, that was only the beginning. I arrived for my 3 o'clock appointment with my two daughters as my husband ended up having to work and I didn't won't to bother the sitter on the weekend at such short notice. When we entered the waiting area we were the only patient with family there. Another lady had just went back as we were walking thru the door. Thank God. Being that I had my two year old and I knew she'd be hard to keep quiet or still. I always take others into consideration when I'm receiving a service or treatment and I have my kids with me. Moving on..... The beautiful young lady at the front desk, greeted me professionally, explained to me about the my forms to fill-out, gave me all my documents and later offered my two year old crayons and a coloring book. That was greatly appreciated. Now on to the best part, I finally met the person that was going to perform the breast exam. Please listen, SHE WAS AMAZING! Her expertise was one thing. On the other hand, her personality, professionalism, thoroughness, and cleanliness is something I've never seen before. Not all in one person. I work in healthcare and have been for 17 years! And that's why I'm so grateful of my experience with ELFP Imaging Center. She made me feel extremely comfortable. She answered all my questions. Her work area appears to be sterile, clean, sanitized and fully stocked. Her humor and personality is what's needed in such field of work. I remembered telling her, "your resume could have said you received your training at school of ABC 123, it would not have even mattered." "The way you interact with patients is something that could not be taught in school or books. That's a gift you're born with and SHE GOT IT! Kudos to ELFP for hiring such an amazing person. She's definitely a great addition to any team! You could not have hired a better individual for this position. She could check my breast anytime! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. On another note: I had to call regarding my results. It was one day shy of being two weeks and still no results. Anyways, I sent an electronic message via the app and a nurse did reach out to me. Long story short, my results came back NORMAL! It was an overall amazing experience!
