Instead, she tried to charge me more money for the same flowers and became extremely rude--as if it were my fault she hadn't begun. The morning of the wedding, I sent a friend to pick up the arrangements, and she still wasn't finished. He had to gather the flowers himself so we could complete them before the ceremony. My bridal bouquet was the wrong colors and flowers, the $300 garland wasn't even started, and the centerpiece she was supposed to create was never done--we had to make that ourselves too. This was an incredibly stressful experience on the eve of our wedding, and I would strongly advise anyone planning an important event to go elsewhere.
