The staff was friendly and helpful, and the dentist Dr. Porter was very friendly with me (mom) and my son, he was also very efficient. The office was very busy while we were there but he didn't seem frazzled, and he wasnt rushed at all.

They claim the called ans left message but I had no missed calls the day before when they told me they had called. They also said they texted me. Again no text on my phone. No apologies just that they will have to reschedule and they are booking months out. The reason I was given for the last minute cancelation was that a hygienist I was going to re retired. Find it hard to believe someone retired the day before and nobody knew about it in advanced.​

My hygienist was phenomenal and provided a great experience - also she was hilarious. I found it interesting that x-rays were taken and a visit with Dr. Miller occurred prior to the cleaning, but it did not take away from my experience at all - it was simply different from my previous dental visit routine.

I went to Lincoln Dental associates yesterday. It was the best experience I've had in over 25…read moreyears. Initially there was some confusion on my behalf regarding my Dental coverage. I spoke with Christine the office manager and she greeted me with a smile and she even offered me an apology even though I was the one that got everything misconstrued. She was very kind and helpful. Excellent office manager. Alyssa was wonderful as well. She made me feel very comfortable and she was very knowledgeable and informative. Excellent hygienist!! The best!! Dr Gabe Valley was great too. He took the time to speak with me and gave me an exam and was a very nice guy. Excellent Dr!!! Mona greeted me with a smile when I came in and she is a wonderful front desk associate. Everyone had a smile on their face. What a great team. Unbelievable in a positive way. If I could give 100 stars, I would out of a 5 star rating. I would recommend anyone accross the state of Maine to go there. Your missing out on great service if you don't take my advice. I would not recommend!! My experience has been horrible as a new patient. First they cannot…read morereceive emails from previous dentist so x-rays can be forwarded. Are we not in the 21st Century?? Second, I was told that a full mouth x-ray would be covered by my insurance but they are only covered 1 out of 5 years. Office person looked up my info through MetLife and he said I was all set. come to find out it was not covered and I had to call my insurance to find out why. isn't that Aspen's job to know? He looked it up and misinformed me before the x-rays done. I called their billing office from the bill I received 3 times. 2 times I was blind transferred to the Bangor office and was told I would get a call back. The 3rd time it was supposed to be an official request for a call back within 2 business days. I called on business day 3 and was informed I was responsible for the bill. So for their incompetence by not being able to receive emails and not returning calls or picking up the phone I am stuck paying a bill because it was beneficial for them to have the x-rays taken that first appointment intake review. I will never go back to Aspen Dental again and would strongly suggest no one else does either!!

Aspen dental...while it may be a legitimate company is a SCAM!!!Their ONLY concern is how much…read moremoney they can make off patients. All I wanted was a cleaning. They hook you in...give you an exam before cleaning only to tell me I have periodontal disease. It would cost me an extra $1,500. They will not do the cleaning unless you fall for this very shady technique called scaling and antibiotic treatment. Coincidently...I do not have periodontal disease!!! My husband fell for this scam and it cost us $2,600. Shame on you Aspen Dental for scaming senior citizens!
