Our problems started right after we rented, and they did address them initially, but then they couldn't agree with the landlord and parted ways. After that, I was left alone with the landlord. Of course, since their contracts ended, they don't have to help, but even though I continued paying all my rent through the platform they provided and they knew about the issues with the landlord, they offered no support when I moved out. They didn't even give me a reference, and because my landlord didn't reply to emails or replied late, or perhaps gave a bad reference, I had a lot of trouble finding a new place. All I wanted was a reference. I came from another state and rented this house sight unseen, trusting their name, but they didn't lift a finger to help me in my difficult time. In the end, with a baby, two months of stress looking for a house, being rejected, and paying more deposit because there was no reference or a bad one. Think twice before doing business with this company or trusting their name, and if possible, talk to the landlord directly and meet them because one day they might be disappeared. Otherwise, you might end up without electricity and get no help from anyone. Because at the end of the day, once they rent the house and get their money, you're nobody's concern. Note for response: I just have asked that I rented property via your company and paid on time. New landlord just want to make sure no eviction or delayed payments. You had all these information and legally you could refer me because I rented from your company and I have used zego payment via from your company. You guys just rented out took your money and left me alone with landlord. I dont know landlord.I trusted your company! You just betrayed and left your customer alone

However it was difficult as we are a family of 5.. my daughters family and myself and we wanted something that would appeal to us all.. and we did find a home that looked like it would be perfect and we were very eager to call it our forever home. HOWEVER, we were only able to look at it twice prior to purchase and move in.. it was always inconvenient for either the realtor or the seller. The inspector was a friend of the company and I thought he did an inspection but I really don't think he did...3 months after we moved in the septic collapsed and I was told that the septic line was out of code and should have been replaced, the inspection report said it was fine ( that has been replaced at a cost of over $4000) the hot water heater was about to go yet we were told it was fine also it was just a bad valve .. sellers gave us $500 for new valve but the heater was so old it stopped working 4 months after we bought the house and the inspector didn't catch this either so another $2000 for repairs... we thought it was so nice that the downstairs had new carpet until we realized that the basement walls leaked and so the carpet was just for show until they could get it sold.. so 6 months after buying our dream home the downstairs carpet had to be taken out because of the water damage and mildew.. walls had to be torn down due to water damage and we have to revise the landscaping to accommodate for water drainage. And last but not least the appliances in kitchen had been "repaired" and the oven does not cook evenly and the microwave stopped working. So my dream home has become my living Hell... when attempting to discuss this with Priority One as to any assistance they could offer.. I was told to "talk to my attorney" Needless to say I would not trust anyone at Priority One Realty, or their inspector or anyone else attached to this company... they are not there for their customers....

Shannan Laudet, REALTOR | Adept Real Estate

I cannot say enough good things about Shannan Laudet and Adept Real Estate…read more From day one, Shannan went far beyond what anyone reasonably expects from a realtor. She did an incredibly thorough walkthrough of our nearly 90-year-old home and clearly identified the issues we needed to address before listing--saving us time, money, and headaches down the road. After we moved across the country, things could have easily gone sideways. During a deep cleaning, a pipe ruptured (mysteriously timed, of course), and Shannan immediately stepped in--shutting off the water, coordinating the initial plumber response, and keeping us fully informed as restoration crews handled drying, mitigation, demolition, and eventual replacement of walls and flooring. We were thousands of miles away, yet never felt out of the loop. When contractor delays dragged on, she didn't just "wait it out." She provided a clear market analysis showing the real impact those delays were having on our home's value--transparent, data-driven, and honest. Once mitigation was complete, she conducted a meticulous comparative market analysis and landed on the exact price point we ultimately sold the home for. No guessing. No fluff. Just expertise. The home was beautifully staged and launched to market, and Shannan provided frequent updates on showings--including a shared spreadsheet with feedback from every other agent. She even personally went out and tidied up the yard after a series of heavy storms. That level of personal investment is rare. After nearly a month on the market--in a down market--we found the right buyer: a military member stationed overseas in Bahrain. Shannan seamlessly coordinated a cross-country, international transaction, working within our limited budget to negotiate smart concessions and keep the deal together. She arranged replacement of the furnace identified during inspection and, once again, kept us informed every step of the way. Closing presented additional challenges due to time zone differences and logistics. Shannan handled all of it calmly, professionally, and proactively--making sure nothing slipped through the cracks and that we were updated at every stage. Not only is Shannan an expert at what she does--she is an exceptional human being. She understands that selling a home is a deeply human process, not just a transaction. Having served in the military, I've bought and sold seven homes over my life. Despite all the unforeseen complications with this sale, this was by far the best realtor experience I've ever had. If you want someone who combines absolute professionalism, deep market knowledge, tireless advocacy, and genuine care for the people involved--Shannan Laudet is it. 22 million star review.
