Everything was amazing, came with reheat instructions and everything was packaged with care. The food itself was outstanding and was made with love. I can't say enough. I generally dislike family gatherings because of the preparation, mess and arguments and doing dinner with Jayde at Dial a Dinner circumvented all of that and gave my family something to talk about for weeks to come. We are already recommending her to everyone we know and are planning a Christmas order. Thank you!!!!

After she attended…read morea tasting with them (several months prior) she was absolutely sold on having them part of her big day. Their fusion menu catered to every taste bud and they were immensely accommodating to severe nut allergies. The appetizers were plentiful and absolutely delicious; vegetable spring rolls, coconut shrimp, lamb + beef suya. Main courses included; mixed green salads, jerk chicken Alfredo (an absolute fav for everyone!), red snapper and yam fries, beef short ribs and mashed potatoes, mixed seasonal vegetables. The dessert table was amazing and a huge variety. And the late night snack (or we might say, indulgence) was soup + fufu. The chef (+ his wonderful team) were absolutely amazing and a definite HUGE upgraded to what you typically get for wedding food. I mean, how many people leave a wedding talking about the food in the most delicious ways?!? We are so thankful for having century delight part of her big day.

We hired Century Delight Catering for our daughter's wedding Sept 27, 2026 and unfortunately, the…read moreexperience was extremely disappointing and stressful on what should have been a very special day for our family. The food service was extremely slow. It took more than an hour for the food to progress from the salad to the pasta, and then another hour or more from the pasta to the main course. We also had guests who ordered fish and never received their meal. The service was equally frustrating. The waiters and waitresses did not seem to have a clear understanding of which guests had ordered which meals. Wine was not being served properly, water was not being refilled, and guests were left waiting and wondering when their food would arrive. As hosts, we spent much of the evening dealing with these issues instead of enjoying our daughter's wedding and celebrating with our family and friends. It was incredibly upsetting to see our guests waiting so long for food and not receiving what they had ordered. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime occasion, and we trusted Century Delight Catering to handle the food and service professionally. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected and turned what should have been a joyful evening into a very stressful one. We hope Century Delight takes this feedback seriously and reviews its staffing, meal coordination, timing, and service procedures so that other families do not have to experience what we did.

The perogie station was great with a variety of vegetarian toppings and really tender pulled pork. I can eat the toppings by the bucket! They also had custom theme stations like poke, noodle bar and Korean fusion. All the Asian options taste authentic with options like beef short rib baos and kim chi fries. The fries were crispy for the first hour, got a lil soggy towards the end, but still very good. The passed horderves were all dainty and pretty. The caesar salad in a parmesan chip cup was a great spin. I would totally love to have them for my wedding!

Con's - hard to find initially, the place was hidden (in the back of a strip plaza) but it is expected as it operates on a business to business level - WEATHER: the rain wasn't pleasant but didn't stop us from kicking back and enjoying the evening. I gave my mom the list of what I was looking for and she called to place the order. We needed the order for 5am but of course we understood that was very early so the woman she spoke with said that they can deliver the catering Friday (today) before the wedding. She told my mom somebody must be home from 12pm-2pm for the delivery and how much the order will cost. Come hours before I write this review, no one shows up with our catering. When we called, we were blamed for not confirming the order. In my eyes, placing a list of food to order, receiving a total cost and delivery time, is an order. I'm not sure what kind of business Franco Freshy runs, but that is an order that was placed that was not set in action by this company. DISGUSTED WITH THIS SERVICE. Now on the eve of my wedding, on top of them blaming us for not reminding them how to do their job, they tell us there is nothing they can do and to go to Longo's. I am now stuck running around because it is too late to make an order anywhere else. Thank you to the team at Franco Freshy for fucking up my evening and possibly the morning of my wedding.
