Well to say the least we were horrified by this place, we went here last weekend with a group of 10 of us and I have never seen worse customer service in all my life.
I have been going go karting for years all over Scotland and I had high expectations for this place. The track looked good, the karts seemed great....but as soon as we went in and upto the desk we were greeted by a very grumpy woman you just looked at us angrily and said "What?" at first i thought she was joking ..... but then i realised that was the way she dealt with customers, not to let that ruin our experience we went inside to the "cafe" (which was terrible) to wait for our other friends to arrive, we asked if they served hot food as advertised and all we got was a "Nut" so we decided to buy afew of the filled rolls that were available, as we sat down to enjoy our rolls an older man came in and barked at us " Your not allowed to eat your own food in here!" as he was told we had just bought it from him an embarrassed and shamed look became upon him, the attitude of this older "gentlemen" was pro trade through out the whole night as he spoke to us ( paying customers) as we were below him and as if he was doing us a favour! Two members of the there work force were very friendly and helpful, leading us in a professional manor and a smile to go with it. But another of the workers who was wearing a white jumper and a face like a bulldog chewing a wasp again was very rude and obnoxious, barking at people when they "grazed" the barrier( Which is what they are for?) and shouting at other members of our group who were karting. We will NEVER be going back there to go karting as it is an embarresment to the karting industry and make themsleves look a joke! I will not pay good money to be treated like that again! Kirkcaldy go karting team need to have a good think on how to run a business! read more
