OK ladies...and gentlemen, here goes...the topic not too many folks are willing to talk about…read more Well, I'm willing and glad to since this helped me. The O-SHOT! I looked into this for two reasons. We all reach that age where you no longer hold off going to the bathroom as long as you possible can. It got to the point that if I needed to go I better find a restroom sooner rather than later..."oh, am I going to make it?!" One too many close calls makes it very uncomfortable. The second reason was self gratification. Yes I said it, I'm a widow and enjoy an orgasm VERY much. Sadly, it becomes less frequent when life deals you a hard blow, but it was becoming more difficult to reach that goal on my own! Now, enough was enough! After the O-Shot, which helped with the urgency and I also taught myself not to wait so long to use the bathroom even though I didn't feel the threat of "not making it". And Hallelujah! the orgasms' are so very much better and stronger! Life can still be lonely, but the going is much easier to get going, going, GONE!!! Dr. Schultis has been my GYN for almost 20 years and having these added services in her office are just wonderful. Everyone is different and may not experience the same outcome, but I'm still going strong from my April, 2020 O-Shot. I strongly recommend talking to Dr. Stefanie A. Schultis to get the info you need to feel better in more than one way. And men, there is a P-Shot for you!

I spoke to the office manager but there is no excuse. This office is not handicapped accessible nor handicap friendly. I doubt that they care but we will never come back here.

They did not seem concerned at all about my problem but what insurance I had. when stated Humana Choice ppo, said they are not accepting any new Medicare plan patients. (tho site did say accepting new patients). They did not offer referrals or any solutions just not accepting. In contrast, I looked up a gyn/oncology in Healthgrade with high rating at Lakeview. They informed me compassionately she only handles after a cancer diagnosis, that I would have to see a regular gyn first, who would refer to after such a diagnosis. she then referred me to a gyn to call. No asking about ins. first. Additionally, I called another primary recommended by my dermatologist since gyn booked til April, and they were extremely helpful and made an appointmen. This whole experience, in my opinion, tells me money, profit more impt. to Dr. Williams than patients. I get that Medicare plans may not be as profitable as private plans, but there are millions of us out here needing quality healthcare and compassionate drs. too.

I have never been seen in this office with in 30 minutes of my appointment time. The tech even told me she was triple booked. I was rushed through my appointment w Dr Steen. She wasn't in the room five minutes and that was including the pap. She only suggested an endometrial ablation and when i declined she didn't listen to another word I said. I didn't get through three symptoms I was having. She requested me to come to THREE different appointments within one week. UNACCEPTABLE. Blood work, ultrasound next then another appointment to get the testosterone she recommended based on blood work results. Its her "rule" I have to go back for another appointment. The results were in when I had my ultrasound and I specifically asked if she could view them. Guess I wasn't worth five minutes of her time yet she wanted another 2.5 hours minimum of mine with commute. She wanted another doctor visit charge to hit my insurance. Please do not see this office for perimenopausal care you will absolutely be dismissed.

But I had unnecessary and highly painful procedure done on me by this clinic at 19 years old. They ignored my asking for alternate pain medicine before as I do not respond to general anesthesia. I was highly uncomfortable and in extreme pain during this procedure which was ignored by the doctor and nurses. So much so that my sister who came to hold my hand passed out and (luckily) I blacked out in the middle of the procedure. I regret ever coming here and I believe after the fact that this establish does not have health as it's number one priority. I will be looking for a doctor who cares about my health and is actually able to explain what is going on in my body. The lack of care, expertise, and comfort I experienced was highly concerning.

Dr. Posey talks down to her patients and she has also given me false information concerning a health problem i had about 2 years ago. To add on top of that, a staff member called about my test results. i was at work and could not answer personal calls. This staff member called me at 4:30 pm the day before the entire office was on vacation for the 4th of july. the voicemail states there were some abnormal cells the "doctor" needed to speak with me about ASAP. I called back before closing time and no one answered. I spent their entire 4th of july break believing I may have cancer all because a staff member, DIRECTED BY DR. POSEY, called 15 minutes to tell me bad news ON VOICEMAIL before they were out of the office for 4-5 days. I don't even feel comfortable considering Posey as a doctor. Doctors are supposed to be healers. Nothing about this woman is a healer. To say the least, she is unprofessional, rude, and self absorbed person who should not be any woman's gynecologist. If any women are reading this on the north shore, GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR TO GET TESTS/CHECK UPS. I would hate to have someone experience what I went through because of Posey.

I would not recommend this office if you value reliability and communication…read more My first issue occurred during my initial Pap appointment in late 2025. I was instructed to undress and wait in an exam room, only to sit there for nearly two hours because my doctor had been called away to deliver a baby. I completely understand that delivering babies is part of an OB-GYN's job, and I respected that. However, the staff knew the doctor was unavailable and could have allowed me to remain clothed and wait comfortably in the lobby instead of leaving me undressed and uncomfortable for two hours. I gave the practice another chance and later underwent a LEEP procedure with Dr. Hymel. I agreed to allow several students or interns to observe because I understand the importance of medical education and wanted to help. I was cooperative and respectful throughout my care. Unfortunately, my final experience confirmed that the scheduling issues were not a one-time occurrence. I recently moved to Metairie but continued making the 45-minute drive because I valued Dr. Hymel as my physician. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was again informed that my doctor had been called away to deliver a baby. After having my vitals taken, I was told to wait in the lobby or go "shopping at Target" until they called me. I had already driven 45 minutes for my appointment and could not spend an indefinite amount of time waiting again. After waiting an additional 45 minutes past my appointment time, I informed the front desk that I would need to find another provider because this appeared to be an ongoing pattern. The employee then asked for my name, despite having just checked me in moments earlier. I understand that emergencies and deliveries happen in obstetrics. My frustration is not with the doctor delivering babies; it is with the repeated lack of communication, poor scheduling practices, and apparent disregard for patients' time. Unfortunately, after multiple experiences like this, I can no longer recommend this practice.
