And if you previously had COVID-19 and are continuing to suffer, don't even get me started. He asks ZERO questions about your health and/or symptoms at which point he determines you are "fine" because you were "positive but now you're negative so you're fine" and now "what do you even need him for." It "seems you don't even want this appointment" and you're really just "wasting his time." I'm disgusted and in disbelief at the lack of support one receives after being (and continuing to be) so sick. And the cherry on top?! In the "progress notes" after the appointment he says that after the appointment was started he was told there was no longer an issue since a negative test came back and patient was cleared to return to work. "Both she and I felt the appointment was no longer needed." And goes on to claim that you are rude if you express any frustration and tries to blame it on you being "frustrated and having a lot of difficulties with computer technology." Oh. And then you probably just suddenly "hung up on him" out of nowhere. Take your time and money elsewhere.

He's a very thorough physician and genuinely truly cares. He is a very good listener, explains things very well and spends the proper time with his patients. It's a bonus that he always has a pleasant demeanor and is upbeat and funny. His office staff are absolutely the best. Jamie, Dawn, Sherry, and Adrianne have never been anything but kind, patient, and understanding. They truly make a patient feel special, cared for, and well looked after. (I see them every week, as I get allergy shots in the office.) To say that they go above and beyond would be an understatement! I've never been so impressed with a medical practice. Was able to get in to see a specialist fairly quickly due to a last minute cancellation. Arrived at…read morethe appointment 30 minutes prior to the appointment and shocked to see the room packed and even more so when I looked at the board of doctors (behind the registration counter) that provided a wait time for a few of the doctors. Had to wait at least an hour and about 15 minutes before meeting with the specialist. Of course the actual appointment with the doctor took less than 5 minutes. The follow up visit wasn't that long of a wait in the waiting room but waited about 45 minutes once in the back room and again, only a couple minutes with the doctor. Parking can get pretty tough to get when it is busy so I've parked in the lot where Basha is located (next door).
