I was offered a trade, I could get another package, but I was going to be at work all day and really just wanted my money back. I was getting pissed off, because I bought the meat in good faith, expecting a safe product, but for a refund, I was expected to operate at the store's convenience. My irritation was why couldn't someone take ownership of problem and provide actual customer service as if they really cared? Why couldn't I get a refund from the cash register that was open? I had the receipt. I vowed to never spend another cent at Giant. Since then I have spent about $1000 at Weis, Wegmans and Target. Giant's stupidity over $9.99 cost a customer.

Payment was obviously made when the receipt came out. He walked away and said nothing. Again, stood and watched while I HAD 30 plus items. The regular register was closing down, same "John" stood over me again and watched me, offered no help. When I felt he was predatory, and borderline harassing me, I started to record him.
