I ordered a sympathy arrangement to be sent to a friend from an online website. Paid for expedited delivery. Delivery was out side of the request and the arrangement was small and so few flowers it looked like have had died and been removed. I was so embarrassing. I paid 89.00 for a 15$ arrangement. I ordered a funeral arrangement for my aunts funeral, I chose off the funeral homes website thinking they would be highly recommended. What I ordered and what was received didn't compare. The amount of flowers might have been the same but it was supposed to be all blue and white and it wasn't. Purple flowers were used and it was poorly assembled. The ribbon that I paid extra for looked like a child made it. The price wasn't cheap but the arrangement looked it! Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone order from them. read more

If you'd like to pay $100 for a $20 Home Depot orchid, look no further. I'm not sure why the order received looks so vastly cheaper (from the container to the age and size of the orchid), but as you can see from the pictures it's apples and oranges. They did deliver on the date promised. Just called and left a voicemail, so hopefully they make this right. read more

I ordered flowers through Teleflora and Karnation Korner was the florist that arranged the bouquet. The flowers were for my Mom's birthday and I was looking forward to her receiving them as a surprise. I even ordered the deluxe version of the arrangement to ensure that it would be nice and full. She sent me a photo of them and they look NOTHING like the photo as you can see. Sad flowers, with a bunch of sad filler and a pathetically tied bow. Don't order from this florist unless you want your recipient to have an old tired arrangement. read more

I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful arrangement with succulents as it was advertised. The planter the arrangement was supposed to come in was a stone planter and it arrived in a tin planter. There were no succulents, the arrangement didn't look anything like what was ordered. When I called to inquire, I was told they don't even carry succulents and that they do not manage their own website. After much discussion I was offered a partial refund (undisclosed amount, so we'll see when it hits my account). I asked if instead of a refund, they could just deliver some succulents to my grandmother. I was told "we don't have any and I already refunded your money...as promised. Okay?" The arrangement was pretty enough, but no where near what I ordered and I would never had paid the amount I did for it. I could have gone to a grocery store and gotten a better arrangement for a much better price. Poor quality and worse customer service. read more

We ordered white roses for my mother-In-laws 100th birthday in August. They were ordered through Just Flowers and prepared by Karnation Korner. I gave two stars because the flowers were delivered to the correct address on the right date. For $75 mom got flowers fully opened on the first day, wilting second day, dead on third day. When we complained they offered us a $10 credit which my husband got increased to $15. Never again! read more

I took my time picking out just the right floral arrangement to send to my friend. I was very disappointed to see the arrangement that was delivered was mostly inexpensive carnations which is exactly what I did not want. If I wanted carnations, I could have just gone to the local Walmart. I understand that substitutions are sometimes necessary however I do not feel that the arrangement that was delivered was of the same quality that I ordered. They didn't even add a ribbon to the basket. I will not use this florist again and will not recommend them to my friends. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! My flowers were delivered to a neighbors house instead of my house. The neighbor refuses to open the door so that I can retrieve my flowers. When I contacted Karnation Korner to tell them I did not get my order they told me "that is between you and your neighbor", then she hung up on me. Upon calling back a man answered the call and told me it was not their problem and hung up on me again. I'm contacting Teleflora next to let them know how these people treat the customer. If you want to actually receive your flower order you should not order from here!!! If you order from Teleflora you should request a different florist to fill your order. My son ordered flowers for Mother's day and I sent him a picture and he was horrified, My daughter in law said they were nothing like the ones they ordered and were half dead to boot.. In the spirit of the holiday we wanted to send flowers. Well we went on the site and picked the appropriate arrangement. When it arrived it was so not what we expected. The wonderful delivery lady took a picture of the one on line and then brought back the arrangment that was delivered. We then recieved a call that they would not redo the arrangement so they did refund us. Wow I would have thought that they would have respected the standards of the website and also of the FTD florists. Customer service is not a priority for this company, so again in the spirit I will ask that Santa been very generous and send them some Christmas spirit. read more

Too expensive for a plant and a couple of flowers in a small basket...don't make the same mistake that I did!!! Don't make your purchases there. I needed a condolence arrangement for a co-worker quickly. Publix had flowers/plants that were too inexpensive or beyond our budget. I googled florist near me, called Karnation Korner, told the florist my situation, and after being assured that she had something special, I drove there. I was shown tiny vases with limited flowers for $40. Then, there were many plant baskets, also for $40. She then showed me a basket for $35 and said she'd add a bow and flowers. I was out of time so I said okay. When she brought it out, I knew I was in trouble. There was nothing special about this arrangement. Nothing. My co-workers were disappointed in what I had purchased, as was I. I should have tried a 3rd location. Don't make the same mistake that I did. read more
