Both were very pleasant and efficient. Spoke to another couple who have been using their service for about 10 years and they said the service has been consistently excellent. A different Toyota dealership addressed the immediate flooding issue because I was out of town when it was discovered and they handled it as a covered service call. They recommended I contact my home dealership when I returned to finish the carpet cleaning and mold remediation - a major concern for me as a lung cancer survivor. Imagine my surprise when I contacted FOOTHILLS service department who then hemmed and hawed with a variety of excuses. After we had several back-and-forth conversations on the issue as well as the potential health concerns it presented, they blamed the delay on the central office and their determination of whether or not it was a covered incident. Eventually they wrote me an email saying the remediation will not be covered. Note that the other out-of-town dealership had considered it covered. I will say, the FOOTHILLS SALES team was great. Tanya and her manager provided excellent support during the sales and pickup experience. After my initial purchase I was widely recommending and singing the praises of the FOOTHILLS TOYOTA dealership. NOW - the FOOTHILLS SERVICE department has COMPLETELY ruined MY customer relationship. From a customer perspective, the issue was considered a covered one at one dealership and not at another. FOOTHILLS Toyota should have focused on the long-term customer relationship which has now been completely and adversely damaged. As a result, I cannot in good conscience recommend FOOTHILLS TOYOTA dealership based on how this has been handled. The BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE came from I5 Toyota in Chehalis who had immediately addressed the blockage. If I lived closer, I would gladly give them all my future business and recommendations. I will be moving my customer relationship from FOOTHILLS TOYOTA and using a different dealership for service in the future.

With a few days of research we returned to Jack Carroll's mainly due to the experience we had with David. There was literally no push and seemed to be genuinely interested in what we wanted. Not to mention, he showed up on his day off to take care of us. So, as I write this my wife is going through her new 2021 Tucson. I guess that's not a bad 26 year anniversary thing. Special thanks to David for your attention to detail and using a skill most have not mastered. Listening. Thank you for listening to us and moreover hearing what we wanted. Chris and Tom, thanks for helping make a deal come to fruition.

When we pointed out a safety issue, he downplayed it. We made an offer, which included the dealership fixing the safety issue, and it was rejected. No problem. I did appreciate that Kai did not waste our time. Several days later, I reached out to the dealership via Cars.com and made a higher offer, once again asking for the safety issue to be addressed. That was on Thursday, October 30. I followed up 24 and 48 hours later, with sales assistant, Megan, who thanked me for my patience and told me that the sales team was "actively reviewing" my offer. I can't help but wonder if the sales team consists of slugs. Oh, well. They lost a current and future customer. Moving right along . . .

The paperwork was a lot and I mean a lot. But I don't think you can get away from that these days. I did end up buying the extended warranty just because of all the electronics for a little over like $4,000 which is again a lot to add on top of the price of the vehicle. I just cannot believe a car cost $50,000 these days. That's not the dealer's fault. I do think the detail job could have been a little better so hopefully when I come back for my first oil change and the installation of my tow hitch I could maybe get another little detail situation because there's a lot of streaking and such on the car. But overall very happy with the process and the people that I don't with.

This wasn't a planned car-buying day (let alone buying two vehicles!), but everything just lined up perfectly thanks to the amazing team here. Gene, our salesman, was fantastic knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He answered every question and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. And Raul in Finance? An absolute rock star! He rounded out what truly felt like a dream team. These folks clearly love what they do, and even more importantly, they work together with such positive energy and respect and it really shows. We ended up driving off with a new Ridgeline Black Edition and a CR-V Hybrid TrailSport, and we are so pleased with our purchases! The drive home was dreamy -- smooth, quiet, and everything we hoped for (both vehicles)! The customer service was beyond exceptional -- easily the best treatment we've ever received at a dealership. It makes a huge difference doing business with people who truly care and enjoy what they do. We're even looking forward to walking the lot again when we come in for oil changes as I hear the service department is top-notch too. Don't worry! I'll write that review in about 7,000 miles. See you then!

We parked in front of the showroom and assumed that the parts department would be around the side - but which side? We went to the right, which was the wrong move. A salesperson and two other representatives immediately came out of the showroom to ask if we needed help finding something - the approach made it feel like we were up to no good and they were checking up on us. They pointed us in the right direction, which is through the showroom. It turns out that there is a side entrance - from the left side. The parts guy was helpful, but he wanted to charge a huge markup on a roll of tape... $82! For reference, this can be found online from other Honda dealers for about $45. He suggested that the high price was fair because we can have it today! We managed to talk him down to $65, which is still high, but we got it that day. On the way out, one of the sales guys complimented our old Model S, which was appreciated. Thoughts overall - the employee to customer ratio was probably 5:1, the initial interaction was a turnoff, and the price gouging isn't going to win any repeat business. On the positive side, and to be totally fair, the dealership was clean, the cars on the lot were staged well and clean, the parts department had some neat swag, the restrooms were nice and the location is convenient.
