She was responsive and replying to me. She had a limited amount of time to show the property. It was all last minute so I wasn't able to go that same day (I live about 30-35 min away). I called her later that same afternoon to get more information on the unit. She was SO rude! She first asked my desired move in date, which was about a month out, and she said that wouldn't work. I asked her if somebody could show us the property because maybe we'd move in sooner if we fell in love with it, and she said "she'd try" in a real snarky tone. She lives in La Jolla so it was too far for her to drive to during the week. I asked her if we could come the following weekend and she said, "if it's still available." Then she asked where my boyfriend and I live, and made a rude noise after I told her. I told her I worked in Escondido and she said "well carlsbad is too far then." Uhm thanks for your input Eileen, but 1. I didn't ask you, and 2. It adds 10 min to my commute. Lost of interest right away. She said she'd have someone from her team "maybe" contact me to show me the unit. Well guess what, 2 weeks later and it's STILL on the market. Your loss, Eileen! You are a terrible agent.

She continued to send me emails about what a great "million dollar" real estate agent she was, how I must clearly not be "successful", and took no responsibility for her actions. She began the search with our criteria and found a home for us in Hennie Hills. She worked diligently to make the transaction smooth. It was a long escrow and fell apart due to the owner not being able to find a suitable replacement in a timely manner. Molly went back on the hunt and found a home for us in Carlsbad. Again it went smoothly until the last minute when the seller wanted more time to move out. We had already made all the arrangements to move our items out of storage trying to beat the Thanksgiving day holiday. The sellers agent tried to delay the closing with the escrow company, but Molly on our behalf said that that once we close we cannot delay our move. There were no amendments to allow the sellers additional time to move out. We told the sellers we could work around their departure but could not stop everyone from coming over. Molly tried feverishly to get the other agent and the sellers to understand our position and we moved forward in spite of the sellers frustration. All in all we were able to get done what we needed and helped the sellers move the remaining items. Molly was professional at all times regardless of the crude language used by the selling agent. I highly recommend Molly as she is dedicated to working hard on the buyers behalf and was able to maintain professionalism in the face of unhappy sellers and an unscrupulous agent.
