Ich war eine halbe Stunde zu früh da und bin sofort drangekommen! Ich war das erste mal da und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Die Praxis ist sauber, hell und wirklich schön eingerichtet. Dazu passend ist die angenehme Atmosphäre. Fr. Dr. Junghanns ist eine sehr sympatische, einfühlsame Ärztin. Alles was sie bei der Untersuchung macht erklärt sie vorher. I'm a native English speaker with very limited German, so when I saw that Dr. Junghanns' office served English speakers, I was thrilled. I went in for an appointment, and everything went great. The reception staff and doctor I saw (Dr. Rheinhardt) were great and able to help me. However, the treatment I was offered did not make my symptoms go away, so I called again for another appointment. After being hung up on and then placed on hold for ten minutes when I called again, I finally spoke with a doctor, who did not speak any English. The reception staff also had limited English that day I called. I liked this practice, but will have to go elsewhere to find a practice that is able to serve my needs. read more
