Dazu passend ist die angenehme Atmosphäre. Fr. Dr. Junghanns ist eine sehr sympatische, einfühlsame Ärztin. Alles was sie bei der Untersuchung macht erklärt sie vorher. Man fühlt sich wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich bin froh diese kompetente und sympatische Ärztin gefunden zu haven.

I went in for an appointment, and everything went great. The reception staff and doctor I saw (Dr. Rheinhardt) were great and able to help me. However, the treatment I was offered did not make my symptoms go away, so I called again for another appointment. After being hung up on and then placed on hold for ten minutes when I called again, I finally spoke with a doctor, who did not speak any English. The reception staff also had limited English that day I called. I liked this practice, but will have to go elsewhere to find a practice that is able to serve my needs.
