Their agency fee's are reasonable - full charge for 1st tenant then £30 extra for additional tenant - some agents just charge you 2 full fees (not sure about the TDS charge though, as other agents I've been with used DPS and didn't charge us to protect our deposit)

You may not have a choice who you buy the house off, so if you have to buy off these then make sure you are always on their back to get things done. None of the staff seem to communicate with each other. Several of them told lies to us (why I'm suprised I'm not sure!), only to be 'found out' by another colleague. If you can sell your property with someone else then definitely do as this lot are a total waste of space!

Never met sales staff like it they were so unhelpful, not a bit friendly didnt matter whether you…read morerang up , called to see them at the shop or viewing a property how on earth they sell any houses I really dont know.I went to view a property and then asked the next day could i go back to look again and show some of my family, arrived at the property and no one had arrived to open up so i rang them they had forgotten me and asked if i could wait another hour when they were supposed to showing another couple around , but i said that i couldnt wait for a further hour they did come to let me in but it was over half an hour my wait, so i was really not happy at all with this estate agents
