We had a complicated issue with our puppy and so we called Anke on the phone after finding her on Qype. She immediately helped us without even seeing us or the dog, answered all our questions attentively and with a lot of care, checked medical things for us and was very friendly. Yesterday we met her for the first time, and not only she is one of the nicest veterinarians we have ever met, our dog is also inlove with her and her staff ! They were all very professional, and took the time to check our puppy thoroughly, gave us a lot of information, and even played with her ! You can tell that Anke and her staff are all in this profession because they truly love animals, and we certainly found a place that we trust.

Because of the positive reviews, we brought our puppy there for his scheduled set of shots. A few…read moremonths later, we had him neutered there. Everything went smoothly and our puppy healed up nicely, all of which speaks for Dr Krause's skills and expertise. Moreover the doctor and his assistant clearly love animals. They made our dog feel safe and happy, so that our dog enjoys every visit. (Another plus point, there's always parking on this quiet street.)

Very negative experience with my dog. 1) Blood tests were done incorrectly, hence incorrect…read morediagnosis and yet they washed their hands. They were about to commit a medical negligence because they diagnosed a non-existent liver problem with a treatment that would have ruined the dog's health. Thankfully, we asked for a second opinion from a different vet who denied any liver problems and did the blood test correctly. 2) Suggested that our dog had arthritis without X-rays and sold us useless medicine for 35 EUR. It turns out the dog does not have arthritis. No apologies or refunds were offered; only excuses. 3) A budget given for teeth cleaning and tooth extraction was for about 600 EUR; however, the other vet we went to did everything and more for a third of the price!!! For all these reasons, we do not recommend this vet. To be fair, the only positive thing: they speak English and were nice during the visit.
