One of the best things about Christine is that she does not have a sales person persona. She really listened to what I was looking for in a house and kept those things in mind when making suggestions to places we should look at. We probably looked at five different places, but I knew immediately when I found "THE ONE". Once I found the perfect house, Christine referred me to her mortgage lender Marcel. These two individuals are the most attentive and supportive individuals I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Marcel and Christine were both available at the drop of the hat any time I had questions. I have a very busy life and these two made every step of the way go so much smoother than I could have ever imagined. I would highly recommend Christine to anyone looking to buy a house, as she is AMAZING at what she does!

I got so upset and almost gave up, until someone reached out to me saying they knew someone that would be an agent for me instead of more for themselves. I took that chance and called Nema. He was extremely responsive to every single text and call. He made things happen for me! I had trouble with a lender not wanting to work with me because our va loan and finding a lender to approve a mobile home through va (hard to find one that will accept mobile homes). I told Nema I believe that I needed a new lender. He found me a lender within minutes. He made things that were so hard with other agents and lenders, so easy for me. He answered every single question I've asked. No matter the time or day, he was responsive. After struggling to find a home for so long with no help, I have one now pending! Nema sent me listings, where as the other agents did not once do; I had to do that myself. Nema literally walked me through everything. Nema is by far the best. Five star rating in every area!

Working with Deborah Bly and her team was by far the BEST experience I have EVER had when selling a house. I initially "stalked" - virtually- several realtors on-line. I watched who people were listing with in my neighborhood and who was selling faster with regards to particular agents. Deborah and her team kept rising to the top in terms of days on market and sales. So then I "stalked" her virtually in other areas of sales and her and her team were selling properties fast. Ultimately, it came down to two agents in the League City area for me, Deborah's Bly Team and another one (which will remain nameless). I called each and the Bly team responded quickly and efficiently to my questions and got a message to Deborah who called me back promptly. Deborah set up a time to come to the house. She was prepared and answered all my questions. She gave me tips on what I needed to do in terms of getting the house ready for sale and I wrote down each thing. She sent absolutely the BEST photographer I have EVER had the pleasure to have at a property I own. The photographer took AMAZING pictures that highlighted my property in the best light. When the photographer was done my property looked like it belonged in a high end magazine. The day my property was listed I had THREE showings and two offers. The next day more showings and more offers! In all we had at least four offers and worked with the top two. The offers came in $15k above listing. I KNOW it was due to Deborah and her magic, plus giving me the right preparation tasks and the best photographer that sold my house within A DAY! See the pics attached of her work! We closed within 30days and moved as planned. It was honestly the best selling experience I have EVER had! Thank you Deborah !
