I had 2 implants placed around 3/19 one of them was obvious that it was placed wrong. After about three months Dr Brock opened my gums up again to try to save an obviously bad placed implant after a few months more of pain and suffering I finally talked him into removing it. He would always come up with some kind of BS saying I was fine no matter how I complained about the pain and bad taste in my mouth. So here I and 7-18-20 having to go to another real doctor to get diagnosed with a bone infection. Which will require yet another surgery to hopefully correct the problem. Bottom line they took my money over a years worth of pain and nether implant is usable. I also noticed during my many office visits that if you talk to the other people in the waiting room most of them where they're dealing with a failed implant also. Do your self a favor and find a real DMD and not a DDS with a days training for implants by the manufacture.

He said in consultation he would have the stitches out in 5-7 days. When it came time for the stitches to be removed I was told that he would not be back in the office for 12 days and that there was nobody that could remove them but him. I had to go to a different care provider to have them removed and by the time they were removed, there was scarring on my eyelids from the sutures being left in too long (suture cysts). Not only this, but he cut my eyes incorrectly and whereas before the surgery (which I had to do due to lack of peripheral visibility), my eyelids fit perfectly around the eyeball but now my right eyelid, which he cut a peak into,stays pulled away from the eyeball and has no strength to it. I would not refer a dog to this doctor let alone another human being.

Well, June's appoint ment rolled around and they informed me i needed to pay $350 more dollars. because the insurance was not paying anymore because it had stopped last month. I said no i should not owe anything as I had made it quite clear from the get go that the insurance was stopping at the end of May. I was honest and up front with our situation.. They said yes they recalled that I had told them that but none the less I still owed them the money and gee too bad your husband is not working but we want our money.After fighting with them for 3 months and making $50 a visit payments towards the balance that I contested....they began to add $5 per month to the balance because they said it was over due...How may I ask can it be over due if there was never an agreement on that amount and it was an oversight on thier part not mine? AND i was making payments on it each visit??? Now then we had an appointment mid Nov 2011.They scheduled her appointment for mid Jan. 7 weeks AFTER her last appointment then cancelled the appointment for the following week and cancelled that one as well.. then called a week later to reschedule her appointment for March 6! 4 months!!!! after her last appointment! i would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! no back up. poor business practices!!! very bad business! I called back and asked then to send it and the receptionist was condescending and finally stated "We'll get to it when we can"...I guess because I chose the dentist I wanted. To beat it all, I'm returning to Dr Spears for my dentures after I have this procedure so it's not like they're loosing business. Not to mention the reason I'm being put to sleep anyway is because when Dr Spears removed teeth this last time it was EXCRUCIATING and I ended up having to go to ER 2 days later for pain management and antibiotics! So I'd sat it's like a pool with no lifeguard...go at your own risk!!!!

Also I booked to have an appointment at 10:15 and arrived early at about 9:40 or so. Waited for an hour and a half while other people that were there after me went before me. I was then told that I would be soon, only to wait another 30 minute. My patience was running low so I left, they also said when I was leaving that I didn't even have an appointmen, which I specifically called and set up one. Went back in for a school excuse and said they couldnt give me one. DO NOT GO HERE.
