All the people saying how nice and how clean this office is obviously have not ever stepped foot inside an actual nice office because this place is outdated in everything from the furniture to the decor and there is nothing nice about it including the part of town it is in! This was the first time in a long time, I had gone to the dentist to get cleaning without laughing gas. Was super chill and I didn't stress at all... until The X-Rays discovered a cavity. Time to freak out!! I was scheduled a day later with Dr. Matt, 3 shots later and he was off to fixing my cavity, I was super numb and did feel anything. He explained that it was deep and that more steps might be required, he was very professional. After A little bit of work, he did final X-Ray to make sure he got all the bad out, after he was pleased with his work, He filled the cavity. Then explained to me the very good news that I still had a lot of healthy tooth and this should do it. All the staff was in a great mood, and seemed to be enjoying the day! A lot of laughter in the office, was a good atmosphere. I have an appointment in February for cleaning , should be no problem for me.

And I had to stop in once for an emergency check on a painful tooth and was treated well by all staff. They helped me get an appointment the same day and addressed my concern thoroughly. One lady has always been nice and very friendly abs extremely helpful, she is the younger of the two. Then there is the other lady .. She is an absolute awful person. She is always rude to me " I'm an extremely kind and happy kind of guy. I work as a host greeting customers all day". She has ignored me , she has gone out of her way to direct our conversations into demeaning me. She has on multiple occasions refused to help me with my referrals telling me because I missed one appointment " during the pandemic and me not feeling well mind you " that I should expect to ever be seen again to get my root canal. She manages to make me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrive up until the moment I leave. The way she talks down to people, acts better than people and basically does everything she can to make you not want to see these dentis again makes me have to wonder if she's the owners , main dentists wife or family member to still have a job. Businesses are desperate for employees these days but I couldn't imagine many would even keep her as an employee , even out of complete desperation. I have known spike in Missy for many years, and most recently have met Todd Semder, As well as Dr. Mike Evans from Sissonville West Virginia. The Warnicks, just keep getting better and better, when you're the best, I don't know how you can get any better, but they keep finding many ways to make that happen, what and incredible staff they have at all locations, I'm originally from Saint Albans, and I am very partial to that location, however, I have visited all locations and they all are great people. Melody at St Albans is one of the best I've ever seen in my life, she is so warm and pleasant and always very friendly and helpful. If I walk into the St Albans location, and I do not get to see Melody I've had a bad day. The dental hygienist, Brandy at Saint Albans is just a wonderful person, I always look forward to her checking and cleaning my teeth.
