I came a bit before opening, but the baristas were kind enough to get my drink going while they were still stocking the case. They were gracious and helpful. Lastly, their latte art was A++. I sampled their cappuccino, some of their black coffee, and a lemon poppyseed cake, and everything was delicious. The portions were sizable and reasonably priced. I'll definitely be making this a regular stop when I'm in the area. Logistical notes: the free WiFi didn't work for me, but there were other public networks nearby that fit my needs. They have clean restrooms. They *do* take cards, but there is a purchase minimum of €4.

I ordered a black coffee, vegan apple crumble to go and the avocado toast with smoked salmon. The toast took a bit longer than I anticipated to come out but when it did the portion was huge - two thick slices of bread and a side salad! It was so delicious I wish I could have finished it all. I took the apple crumble to go as a course side snack for later and it did not disappoint - hours later it was still incredibly tasty! I definitely have this place saved for next time I'm in town regardless of what time it is or what other options are open!

When we arrived there were three people behind the counter. One lady promptly went in the back, another stood there talking with the previous two customers (who were clearly friends of hers), and a third was on her cell phone. For more than five minutes we stood there while the one person gabbed with her friends, showing them pictures on her cell phone. The other just stood there, first on her phone, then wordlessly. Both of them had seen us but neither said a word. Eventually we had enough of being ignored and walked away. No one called out after us. I realize not every experience here is like this, but our business was obviously not important enough for an employee to say "Hello" or "I will be with you in just a moment," and that ruined this place for me. That said, there are plenty of other places I can and will spend my money.
