The photo session is around a hour and her prices/packages are very reasonable for what you get and have rights to, which is very important in a Facebook world and for future keep savers like the coffee table book. While I am not at all modest, the time she took with my husband and I posing and holding our bump together was even more special than the picture it produced - it was like we took a very quiet, undistracted and initimate moment to be close and know what we created together. I looked around and fell in love with Sandra's website, and before going in, I thought, "I hope I can get at least one shot as good as the ones on her website." Honestly, they were all stunning. The lighting was perfect, the drape, everything. I was very novice and one of my only critiques would be that I was hoping for a couple more different angles, but I should have spoken up. It was very easy to get stuck on one position (You are butt naked after all and I didn't feel like frolicking through the air :) Sandra made me feel very comfortable though and helped with the drapes and told me how to angle my head, etc etc. She was great. He's not only a wonderful photographer but he has amazing interpersonal skills and instantly put me at ease. He definitely knows his craft and how to make anyone look their best using his knowledge of angles and lighting. He made sure to ask what I wanted my photos to convey and then gently (and humorously!) coached me so that the photos had the intended impact. I'd recommend him to anyone for pretty much any occasion - he's a true artist and collaborator and you can't go wrong. I'll also mention that I REALLY appreciated Sung's attention to maintaining Covid protocols. My photos were taken prior to the vaccine availability and he gave me a short questionnaire before I entered the studio, kept the patio door propped open for ventilation, had a humidifier on since humid conditions help to prevent Covid spread, and wore a mask for the duration. I also observed him beginning to wipe everything down as I was heading out so I know the next person was welcomed into a clean and sanitary space by someone who not only cares about making you look your best but also cares about keeping you as healthy as possible.
