In our first conversation we told her about our plans, and the vibe we were looking for, and she talked about her aesthetic and sent us some of her work to look at. We had some stuff we definitely didn't want at our wedding (like a bunch of super posed group photos), and she was gracious about all of our requests. After we agreed to work together, Hope sent a really simple digital contract and payment form for us to complete. I was also really impressed with the fact that she immediately went to our venue and scoped it out so she had an idea of where to take all of our photos, and what to expect at the event. Leading up to the wedding, when we were overwhelmed with all the details, Hope sent helpful messages just checking in and asking if we had questions for her. On the day of the event she was totally available - she came to our house while we got ready, and documented some lovely intimate moments without making it weird. We had talked through a photography plan for an outdoor wedding, but of course it poured rain! So we had to get married indoors, and Hope adjusted beautifully. During the ceremony and the reception, she was always in the right place capturing the perfect moment. She captured our vibe so well with our "couples" photos. Hope delivered the photos quickly after the fact, responded to feedback, and was just overall fantastic to work with. The photos are gorgeous. Highly recommend!!

I had my photos done a year ago now and I still rave about my experience. And am still creating gifts for my hubby with them, just did a calender for our anniversary. I used a living social/groupon deal at the time. I had my hair and makeup done and felt absolutely beautiful. I brought four different outfits and props and they helped me get everything set up and laid out swapping a few items around for better matches and creativity. We took lots of photos using different backdrops and did all wardrobe changes. I was there for nearly 3 hours. I loved that the staff were all female and very body positive. Woman of all shapes, sizes and ages have used them and all rave about feeling beautiful. They truly dote on us and know how to play up your favorite assets and minimize those you may be self conscious of. Each staff member at every stage was friendly and great at their job. My only regret is that I didn't purchase more photos. I could only afford 7 at the time and they were kind enough to throw in an 8th for free. I loved 99% of the photos (and there were almost 200), it was so hard to choose. The package deal made the photo session, hair and makeup extremely affordable but the photos were still a bit pricey. If you can, do this. It's an amazing experience!

Then we went over my outfits and she helped me pick out a corset. Finally, she did my hair and makeup. I never do that kind of thing for myself so it was a great experience! During the actual shoot Nikki was so calm and a great 'director' if you will. I was completely comfortable! When I returned for my consultation Belinda was nothing by pleasant! She discussed packages and wasn't pushy at all! The prices were worth what I'll be able to treasure forever!
