If I had never had a massage, I wouldn't know what to do as there was no direction about which clothes should be removed and how to lay (face up or down), do I cover myself..?? I've had several massages before, so I understand and just get undressed and enjoy the massage. My biggest qualm was the masseuse answered the phone twice and the door once.
