I went in with severe back/leg pain, but she didn't prescribe anything until I showed her my discharge papers from the hospital. I have a condition that I have seen specialists for and I have to go to a regular physician for a referral in order to see a specialist with my new insurance. Kim acted like I was a complete idiot when it came to my condition and that she knew more about it than I did when I told her that MOST of my problems were stemming from this and that I have been on the maintenance medication which takes care of this. She basically called me a liar. The office staff leaves much to be desired. They scheduled my appointment incorrectly and I was put into a room then taken back out to the lobby where I waited for another 45 minutes after they figured out they had made a mistake. Lastly, I have to mention that I had gone in for an ear infection and sinus infection and there was a tray in the room that had all of the pieces of the pap smear kit sitting in the room...I was not there for that and happened to walk by another exam room with the same set up. I can only assume that they leave those in the rooms all day for anyone and everyone to touch. I would not recommend this office for anything let along anything pertaining to something of that nature!
