We called and scheduled the time for arrival from Brock, 1/2 of the Gold Transportation team for 7pm. Sherry, the second 1/2 of Gold arrived 5 minutes prior to 7pm. The ride was $5 one way so $10 total. Equivalent to the price of parking, it was well worth the ride to not have to worry about the hassle. Sherry gave us her business card and told us exactly where she would be after the show but to call if we could not find her. When we walked towards where she dropped us off, she was walking towards us to be sure we found where she was. She has a great memory because I saw her and Brock do this to other passengers too. Golden Eagle is going out of business! It's the only reason I can think of , why they'd never come…read moreto pick me up twice this week after multiple calls. And this last time no one has been answering the phone since 2:15pm and I've been trying for an hour and a half. I've called them and scheduled trips numerous times in the past few years and they've always picked me up when I've included a 45 minute leeway. This week however they have totally blown it. I've reserved a taxi in advance. One overnight and the other at 8 am ish in the morning for pick-up at 1pm for two different doctors appointments at 2pm. In both cases even after calling them when it was getting late, they still never got a taxi to me. I've had to cancel and reschedule both doctors appointments. I'm just hoping the doctors aren't going to charge me for missing the appointments.
