One of the few time if not the first I get disappointed by google reviews! Pure disappointment!…read more The restaurant seemed to have a good online reputation and ratings! then you visit and realize either the customers around town are desperate for Halal food or never tried good steak! Service began by us having a reservation already but when we walked in, no table was ready or prepared for us! We had two gentleman who shouted at us repeatedly "here, or here, no here, here no" shouting literally, pressurized seating style! We were finally welcomed then by basket of stale bread with packaged butter! I asked for tab water but brought us a bottle of water, opened by the manager who also poured it himself! The mocktail drinks were decent maybe 3/5 at best, served with colored straws like it's a kids party not a steakhouse! The food came super quick, and that's the only positive thing! The ribs were topped with premixed sauce they called here chimichurri but it had nothing to do with chimichurri! Tasted like a bbq sauce from a bottle! It was tender but the ribs were still covered with film! Who serves ribs this way, in a steakhouse! The burger was edible but it didn't mention it came stuffed with a premade bbq sauce! It came with fries and dipping sauce of the choice, the mushroom sauce was nauseating! truffle mayo was a little better! Also, who tosses packets of ketchup and mayo on the table when you request ketchup!? in a steakhouse!!! The bathrooms were dirty, no toilet paper! No one here pays attention to details! Then when I asked for a check I was asked to proceed to the bar area and pay to be surprised with a portable machine they could have brought us! I don't recommend! Waste of money!
