I was so sad as I had left my previous doctor after he was getting ready to retire and I have a ton of specialists. Shortly after Amy left, Erin Feeney, MD started. At my first visit to the office I forgot my identification in the car and staff was honestly incredibly rude about me taking longer to filling out paperwork. The office dog was the only saving grace, but contacting the doctor or office while getting treatment was nearly impossible because they only had an answering machine, and call back protocol.

At the end of getting my CAT scan done I was told that I could sign up for a portal and an email would be sent to me. I did so and I never received the email. I called multiple times based upon this and nobody was ever returning my phone calls or answering the phone so I decided to go in and speak to them. The one older lady at the front desk was very rude and discourteous to me and kept saying that she did email me when she did not. The other woman did help me with the situation and get onto the portal so I was able to get copies of my CT scan and information needed for my doctor or future doctors that will need this information. I deducted stars simply because of the woman at the front desk, who was very rude to me, and she kept interrupting when I was talking to the other lady who was helping. Updated 2 weeks later. No one is answering the phone and my ent needs a report faxed over so I have to drive over there to speak to someone in person and hope they provide it for me.

I'm really happy I found this practice! My main doctor, and the other clinicians I've met with,…read morealong with the office staff, have been lovely. I'm not sure why, but a few other local doctors offices I used to visit locally had desk staff that left me feeling ashamed when I didn't know something or would start conversations with a negative energy. Community care has impressed me across the board, and Latham medical group in particular feels like home now. My clinicians here have made me feel heard and cared for, and they have helped me with a lot of medical challenges. Thanks! Only real downside- they have loud medical ads playing continuously on their waiting room tv. I get migraines and this causes me actual pain, and even if it didn't, I would still find it really annoying. I generally don't mind waiting for appointments, but with the ads it feels like a punishment. Silence or quiet music would be big improvements!
