He is a super nice guy with a clear, easy to understand speaking style. He sent me a written report of his assessment shortly after the visit. I read it, and asked for a quote. His quote/contract was reasonable, we moved ahead and his crew came out on the planned date (2 day job) and repaired/replaced my system. They set it up, showed me how to edit the program if needed (I have not needed to) and it has worked like a charm ever since.
