Winterville, NC As other reviewers have stated clearly this pharmcy lacks the capability to fill a prescription accurately or efficiently, IF AT ALL How does an electronic record and recurrent recorded messages from the pharmacy for over a week stating that the prescription will be ready tomorrow suddenly disappear from the system? To make matters worse after speaking with a pharmacist who agreed to investigate the incident there was never any follow-up or resolution. On a seperate occasion a physician's call was not entered in the system and the physician had to call in the same prescription a second time a week later. Customer follow-up by the pharmacist and the ability to resolve problems is abysmal. Stay clear of Wlagreens Pharmacy, E Fire Tower Road, I can assure you this is one thing you won't regret.

As of today I've waited three months for one prescription and three weeks for another. The pharmacist there is a great guy. Patient and knowledgeable, but the place is grossly understaffed. After years of being a customer, I am transferring my prescriptions elsewhere due to a myriad of issues from tardiness, improper billing, inflated prices, and restricted hours of operation. Basically the only way to get your medicine there is to wait weeks and leave work to pick it up during the few hours a day they are open. Premium location, crap decision making by manager or corporate. If you guys were looking for the tipping point, you've found it. My new pharmacy said they were gaining about three patients per day from that one store. Bye.

I've been going to this Sheetz location for years without incident. The price is normally…read morecompetitive, especially with a membership card which is definitely worth getting. The location is normally in a clean state, the food served is hot and fresh (I wish they would bring back 3 hotdogs for $1, those things got me through my University days), and the staff are professional. The interior is clean as well, so is the bathroom on my visits. And of course, per Sheetz, the location has excellent lighting both inside and outside. They have a carwash on sight as well which does a pretty good job, as well as a free tire inflation station which I've had the luxury and misfortune of using more times then I'd care to admit. Without a doubt, I can recommend this location in good faith.

Called back this morning to check on status, it was as if the system had lost the previous request and was now saying it would be ready on Monday. Another time I called in a refill and they said it would be ready the following day but they never followed up.
