Everything is made to order and is delivered to your table relatively quickly. This place has some of the best service out of any restaurant around. They have many different kinds of sushi as well as other warm dishes that are also not too bad. I bring every person that comes to visit me to this place and everyone always ends up really full and happy (even the people that don't like sushi and think they will not like the place.) They recently opened another location on the other side of the church so they now have have two locations within a 30 second walk from each other. They have the same menu and I was not able to notice a quality difference between these two locations (that being said the location in Amsterdam is nowhere neat as good as these two in Haarlem...I think they can get away with it because there are so many tourists in Leidseplein) You do not have to have a reservation but I would highly recommend making one. This place is very crowded and sometimes it is not even possible to reserve a table a few days in advance, especially on the weekends. In short, try this place (even if you don't like sushi) it is amazing!

There was only 1 couple in the restaurant and we got there first, so it was not like they were occupied with other tables. I would hate to imagine if the restaurant was full,​ ​then we would have got the food a few hours later. To make matters worse​ the food tasted awful. The vegetables and eel was​ burned​ to the crisp and rice was very hard. I am​ accustomed​ to eating at a lot of Japanese restaurants and Asian​ restaurants and Nagoya drop the ball on the food and service here. Let me just say, it did not disappoint. There were many flavors in the soups, they tasted very authentic. It's not easy to find a good ramen spot, but this one is top 5 for me. The only inconvenience is that none of our American credit cards nor apple pay worked there so we had to go to a nearby grocery store to get Euros and pay with cash. Besides that, totally worth it!

The dumplings and curry triangles are amazing and must have. I ended up just ordering those constantly. To order they give you and iPad and each person can pick up to 5 options and then you send the order they make it and bring it out within 5 min. And you can keep sending orders in. They offer a scoop of ice cream afterwards but we were so full we past on the ice cream.

Well organized, clean and these days you get all you can eat menu for ~ 27 euro drinks excluded and few menu items which require additional fees Rolls, sashimi and fried stuff is generally good quality, at least from taste point of view. Tastes fresh. Standard offering, nothing too fancy. Fast service and ample choice.
