I asked why and they said she was in play care. I said that is not what I brought her for I made the appointment for a grooming. I didn't get what I wanted but I did pay half the fee. They treated me badly right after that. They told me they were going out of business, then they said they would not take her again. They just assume I was lying I guess because they must lie. They didn't think one of their employees could make a mistake. I was so disappointed because I wanted to keep taking her to there but after I was treated so rudely I found other places.

I asked for the exam to be refunded $65 due to them not weighing him. I was told that after they took his blood he was too worked up. And they were afraid he would bite. I refused the vaccine so they used that as their excuse. Even if he was vaccinated that day and bit them the vaccine would not have any effect. Just like any vaccine, it doesn't work instantly after the jab. Kind of scary that a vet wouldn't know that. Weight is taken initially not after the invasive part of the exam anyway. I really liked this place. I thought that I had finally found a place that cares about animals and not just the money. I will be contacting the Veterinary board next. This all seems very silly over $65 or just doing the right thing. I'm legitimately trying to take care of my pets and these places make so difficult.
