I contacted this company for a quote and clearly explained that I needed an alarm system for six…read morewindows and five doors. The salesperson discussed my requirements with me, provided a quote, and I signed the contract. Since I wasn't familiar with the technical details of the contract, I trusted that it reflected what we had discussed. When the technician arrived, I was told that the contract only covered one window. If I wanted the remaining five windows included, I would need to pay nearly $500 more. I feel the sales process was not transparent. The quote I received did not accurately reflect what I had requested, and after I signed, I was told it was my responsibility for not catching the discrepancy in the contract. While I understand the importance of reading a contract carefully, I also believe customers should be able to rely on the salesperson's explanation matching what is actually being sold. Overall, I was very disappointed with the lack of transparency and the way this situation was handled.
