Thank you, Kamper & Estrada! My experience with this firm was excellent. The staff I encountered were professional and friendly; Elizabeth, especially, walked me through the process of filing a personal injury claim step by step and was particularly supportive. Deb was available to me with lightning-fast responses to my emails and phone calls. Though the process was long and tedious at times (no fault of theirs) I'm very pleased with the settlement they negotiated. I won't hesitate to use Kamper & Estrada again if the need arises. read more

I found myself gravitating towards Kamper and Estrada because of the reviews and I can say now that a year and some change later that my case is settling and that I'm pretty pleased with the outcome and the process with Elizabeth and Deb throughout specifically. The reviews definitely rang true to my experience with them. I almost made a big mistake in the beginning of going with someone else that my boss was suggesting as "his guy" and to at least talk to him to hear him out and having never been in a situation like the car accident I was in and what was the best route and who to go with, I almost felt a pressure and anxiety of going with the other attorney just because it felt like it was being suggested by my boss. But being the the great attorney that Elizabeth is, she talked me off the ledge and what could have been an awkward experience going forward , wasn't . Still felt like she tried her best for me time and time again to really cater to what we both agreed was a fair settlement. I trust that they had my best interest throughout and would recommend them to anyone looking, when you don't know who to turn to in times of need. read more

I worked with Kamper Estrada LLC for my personal injury case after I was in a car accident. I am impressed with the communication and follow up. With a situation I had at work during that period, I could not promptly respond to emails. However, they always followed up and made sure things are taken care. They took good care of me and communicated with insurance as needed and settled my claim in a timely manner. read more

I picked this firm based on a friend's recommendation, thank goodness I did! I would have been lost without their professionalism, guidance, organizational skills, and just plan feeling more than a client, I felt like family! I was involved in a freeway rear end accident with four cars in 2015 and wish I would have hired them the day after the accident so I would not have had to deal with insurance, Dr's, PT, and all the other headaches. They have guided me through the muck of insurance land, medical liens, and the other unknowns as a victim. If I had a question, concern they were timely in getting back with me. They will continue to assist me as we ramp down from case. Tim and Elizabeth will be forever in my debt of gratitude! I hope I never need them again, but if I do I will get them involved much sooner this time now that I found someone I can trust. I would recommend my family, my colleagues to retain them and for sure anyone smart enough to check on Yelp reviews! read more

I was referred to Attorney Estrada via a legal service offered through my employer. He helped me write my living will and power of attorney. Since this was my first time putting together a will, he was very kind to thoroughly answer all my questions and ensure that all my needs and wishes were cared for in the document. His staff were attentive, courteous and very responsive. They let me know exactly what to expect and when, and delivered on all their promises. I was in an accident over a year ago which resulted in my car being totaled and needed medical care, including an overnight stay in the hospital and about six months of physical therapy. The driver at fault had only the minimal coverage for insurance, which wouldn't even pay half of the outstanding liens from the hospital and my medical insurance. Elizabeth Kamper explained the process to me and was always willing to answer any questions throughout the lengthy process. In the end, I was able to pay of all the liens and have more than enough to recoup other medical expenses. Kamper and Estrada's entire staff was extremely helpful and easy to work with. read more

Elizabeth was such a pleasure to work with! I was so intimidated and overwhelmed by filing for bankruptcy and getting a lawyer but she made the whole experience as easy as it could possibly be. I felt very taken care of every step of the way from my initial consultation through the end of my hearing and she made it very clear what I needed to do on my end. Her office is beautiful and she has an equally wonderful staff. Her receptionists Sarah and Katrina were always very pleasant and helpful for any questions I had, her legal assistant Melissa was so sweet and easy to work with and overall it was a very seamless process. It is obvious that the firm cares about providing individual attention and isn't trying to see as many clients as possible. It's shocking how reasonably priced my case was for what quality service I received. I was always seen promptly after my appointment time and my emails were always answered quickly. When it came time for my hearing I dropped the ball and didn't turn in the required paperwork but Elizabeth was so nice about it and happily came to my second hearing. I couldn't believe how quick the questioning was! I will chalk it up to her doing such a great and thorough job making sure all my documents were complete and filed properly. I'm so happy I went through with the bankruptcy and would recommend this firm to anyone I know. Thank you all for making me a free woman! read more

I never imagined that I would file for bankruptcy. I think most people who file feel this way. Once I made the decision to file, the next choice was to find someone competent to help me through the process. I chose Carlene Simmons from the law firm Kamper and Simmons. Last year my husband and I moved here from another state and were looking for an attorney to prepare estate planning documents and health care directives. My daughter suggested I check Yelp to find a good attorney. The firm of Kamper Estrada had many high recommendations, so we chose them. Within minutes of sending an email to the firm, we received a response from Sarah Ryan, their Client Coordinator. She was wonderful to work with in setting up our initial meeting with Giancarlo Estrada and making sure we were prepared with all needed documentation before we came in so as to minimize his time and ours. From the first meeting, Mr. Estrada was great to work with, not only in making sure everything we wanted incorporated in the documents was included, but also making helpful suggestions. His fee was reasonable, the work we needed was done professionally and quickly. Everyone in the office was great to work with, and I would highly recommend this firm for your legal needs. read more
