All new office staff came with the new dentist (Dr Moates) and they are not kind nor professional. My daughter had a composite put on her front tooth for covering a hypoplasia spot. Dr Moates said it was a simple fix and was absolutely positive it would cover the discoloration. He began to grind down the area and added the composite then grinded it again to smooth it down which took off the composite color that he had added. He looked at me and said "sorry I thought it was going to work but she can come back and I'll try it again". He never once asked my daughter if she could feel it when he was grinding on the tooth and she later told me she could so of course she's frightened to go back for him to "try it again". During my visit- he voiced his opinion that he did not agree with the small piece of wiring (permanent retainer) put in by Dr Sellepan, after having Invisalign, so he refused to re-do it and referred me to an orthodontist because he said he doesn't do that type of stuff. I called the office about 15 min later -regarding the experience my daughter had and that I thought it was unfair my insurance was charged and I had to pay a fee on top of it. I asked to speak to the office manager, the office staff blatantly lied and said she had left an hour ago- when she was there before we had left. She told me she would have her call me back, which never happened. I called the next week, the office manager was kind and said she would file a dispute but she doubted it would go anywhere because the service was provided even though the outcome wasn't what the dentist so confidently claimed would work. She said she'd call me back when she got a response about the dispute and she never did. I will never go back to that office for the lack of professionalism of staff and poor care of the dentist.

I had been having great check ups, then they started saying they had concerns. There was also a lot of staff turnover. I would also get phone calls from them, but they were looking for another patient. Recently every time I went in there were "problems". They told me that I had a small cavity and needed to replace a crown. The quote was $400. I showed up today for my appointment ( after being called and told my appointment was tomorrow, but it turned out they were looking for another patient again) and was told it was two cavities and the crown replacement and the total out of pocket would be $800. I told them that was what was quoted, and that a second cavity was never mentioned. I have not had a cavity since I was in my 20's. This seems like they are recommending unnecessary work. I politely let them know that I would not be having the work done and finding a new dentist. I am wondering if the office has been sold recently.

Greenberg quote reflects an additional fictitious code D1111 called Cosmetic upgrade $500. When I questioned this charge, I got two different answers from two locations. The first stated that the Doctor would not do the crown for $400! The other one stated that it is an insurance in the events it falls, the doctor will replace it. In other words, an insurance for my insurance premium! Unfortunately, Delta Dental keeps listing Greenberg as a provider despite my filed grievances. Fortunately, I found another provider with 40 years of experience honoring my insurance fees.

I did enroll in their plan, and every time I go in for a cleaning, that's exactly what I get--a great cleaning for a little over $100 (around $150, if I remember correctly). They don't try to push extra services or unnecessary procedures on you, which is something I truly appreciate. Before being blessed with meeting Dr. Lynch, my mom and I had some terrible experiences with MANY other dentists. More importantly, I can't say enough about how kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring Dr. Lynch is. Recently, I needed to have four crowns replaced. She had blocked out the entire morning specifically for my procedure. I was so anxious about it the night before that I couldn't sleep, and I was genuinely sick with anxiety the next morning. Even so, I went into the office that morning because I wanted to speak with her in person rather than simply calling to cancel. I was fully prepared for her to understandably be upset, especially knowing that she had set aside so much time for me and that I might have to pay a significant amount for the missed appointment. Instead, when I explained how severe my anxiety had been and apologized, she was incredibly kind and understanding. I actually cried a little because I was so touched by her response. I never expected to experience that level of empathy from a dentist. She didn't seem upset with me for even a second. She genuinely seemed to care about what I was going through. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lynch and her team to anyone who is fed up with feeling like they're being sold unnecessary dental work. She truly is one of a kind.
