They are never on time,…read moreeverything takes way too long, you never see the same person twice, they refuse to examine you during cleanings so you have to come back for an extra visit every year. They charge your insurance for things that never happened (WTH is nutritional counseling?!), and then they then bill you incorrectly (I got a refund, but only after I complained). Every visit has been a disappointment and I'm switching insurance just to get away from them.

I had decided on dentures after years of pain and she assured me this was something she could do. A full upper was done. She then told me my four front lower teeth had to go and she could make me a lower partial that looked like a retainer. So she extracted those as well. $8500.00 later she out right refused to finish my bottom partial. Her treatment coordinator simply replied to every question I had with " You have been referred to another dentist." Dr. Theda was paid in full for this work both by my insurance and in cash by me. I have no idea why she referred me. My insurance will not pay twice for same procedure and I am left withOUT four bottom front teeth. The office did offer me a refund but it was so little I can not make my mouth whole until I save enough money to pay for the copays at another dentist.
