WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER…read more Never doing business again with this company. They are giving appointments for 3 months and they literally cancel you the day before the appointment because the doctor won't be there. Nobody does anything and just say things like "sorry the doctor won't be able to come to office tomorrow PERIOD". Yes this lady said "Period" like now I have to wait 3 MONTHS to get this done. I rather pay another dentist than dealing with these people. Plus the customer service treats you like your begging and not paying. They treat you so bad even if you're paying. IF YOU'RE GONNA PAY A CRAZY AMOUNT OF MONEY TO THIS OFFICE THINK TWICE BECAUSE YOU'LL BE STUCK FOR A LOT OF TIME TO HAVE ONE APPOINTMENT PLUS THEY WON'T DO NOTHING TO IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was uncomfortable with this and specifically asked this staff member to delete the picture of my license from her personal phone. she kept saying she would but they didnt. That raised serious privacy and security concerns for me. Overall, between the conditions of the dirty office, the extremely long wait, and the way my identification was handled, I would not recommend this place.
