I called and paid immediately but complained that I don't like getting threats of collection when I have heard nothing from them. Melissa's response was that it's "not a threat of collection", it's just her "trying to assist me". Then she said she had left me a voicemail that morning (which she had not) and hung up the phone on me. No business, no experience, nothing, is worth a risk of referral to collections. Melissa's response only focused on herself when I was is the one in jeopardy due to the office's mishandling of the billing. The manager but I would obviously never deal with this place again.

Go see reliable therapist! I walked in with 5 years of chronic plantar fasciitis heel pain, and a recent temporary brace on my knee for inflammation and swelling. Matt and his team were able to get me off the brace within 1 week and back to bending my knee normally. I did about 8 sessions and "graduated". Then went back after working out for lower back pain for another about 5 sessions. 1 year later I am back to working out 3 times a week with minimal heel pain, if any. They thought me how to back off and prevent injuries and manage pain on my own. What most impressed me about TA is: 1. They have you go only as much as you need (NOT your standard 3 times a week like my last therapist) and realize you need time to heal between each visit. At first I went twice a week and then once a week. 2. Their FDM (Fascia Distortion Model ) Therapy is essential to quick healing and staying active. I was not assigned typical exercises like at my other therapist one size fits all. They truly worked with me on how i was improving each week to see what the next step was, and changed it accordingly. 3. The best for last - they worked with me until they found the root of the problem. It ended up being my lower back and misaligned hips that tricked down to knee and heel. They are so worth it, and they want you to stop coming if you are better. I have NEVER seen any practitioner care WANT you to stop coming. It shows that they are focused on healing the root of your problem. I highly recommend this team!
