From their reasonable prices, to their corny rhyming emails, they have made my experience seamless. They have GREAT customer service and follow up! Never have I been treated like family from an online company! WOW! 5 stars for Big Dot of Happiness..... I missed my package due to the security gate at my property being locked. The company just called me and they told me " We tracked your package and it looks like the delivery was missed and your party is Sunday what can we do to get you your package???" I already scheduled a pick-up at UPS, but that is some GREAT customer service for even checking and trying to find a solution! i am still smiling! I have already told anyone that would listen about this great service.

I priced MANY…read moredifferent online and offline options and this company offers really high quality, personalized, pre-assembled invites (along with pretty much anything else you can think of for any party/event) at a very reasonable price. I ended up ordering 35 personalized invites on handmade paper with printed vellum tied with a cute bow, 40 personalized candy favor tins, two different shower games (with enough pieces of each for 40) and the whole thing was less than you'd expect and arrived really quickly. The invites in particular were a great deal (I think they worked out to be about $1.59 a piece, with their current coupon) and the quality really impressed me.

She was so flexible; she even drove to Minneapolis (from Eau Claire, WI) to do our engagement session because that is where we live. She also did a great job on the actual wedding day of getting shots not just of myself and the groom, but all of our guests. Being a photographer myself, I also really appreciate that Kate understands, and works well with multiple kinds of light, which is a necessity in capturing great photos. I would definitely use Kate Bentley Photography in the future, and would recommend her to family and friends.

I rented a sandblaster, compressor to clean up a trailer frame. To my amazement both pieces of…read moreequipment didn't work....not to mention i had limited experience. We called A-1 and LaRoy made to 40 minute trip to the land and was able to fix the compressor on the spot. Then the sandblaster was leaking sand and not getting a high enough PSI to get the job done. LaRoy brought it back to A-1 and was generous enough to drive it back to the land to make sure it worked. I was delayed 5 hours and not able to finish the job. I returned the equipment as originally planned and was offered a free day to have the equipment to finish the job. Great offer but i had to take off work and cant leave my exposed steal frame out for a week until i cant sandblast again. Overall ok experience. LaRoy deserves this 5 star review with his friendly and knowledgeable demeanor.

This rather new hotel was a very nice stay. After so many hotels that are showing wear and tear…read morewhat a pleasant change of pace. This hotel is a bit southwest of downtown and next door to the new UW-EC event center. Overall a good location with a number of restaurants in the area. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Even though it was a new place there were a couple minor maintenance issues with the room which we pointed out to the front desk on our check-out. The free breakfast was typical for hotels of this type. A good experience!

Wow! The SpringHill Suites is a brand new hotel in Eau Claire Wisconsin. If you ever find yourself…read moreneeding a place to stay in this area, I highly recommend this hotel. I've only ever stayed in a hotel this new one other time, and wow, it is refreshing. Everything is spotless. The ice machine creates super clean ice. The bathrooms are a dream. Only time will tell if their operations team is able to maintain it, but they are starting with a clean slate and all of the modern amenities. It's a typical Marriott property with fitness center, pool, and continental breakfast. I was put in an "assessable" room on the 2nd floor because that is all they had left, so I don't know what the other rooms look like. However, my room was very spacious with 2 queen beds, a very nice pullout, and a spacious bathroom (with extra grab bars). The mini fridge is kinda small but I'm told the standard rooms have slightly larger mini fridges. The hallways are well lit and shaped with alcoves for each set of a few rooms, that makes them more appealing than a standard long hallway. My only complaint about the design of the room is that that TV is positioned in such a way that it is viewable from one of the queen beds and the sofa. You can see it from the second queen bed but it isn't the best viewing angle. Not a big deal, but just me being super critical. This is only an issue because the room is so large compared to a standard guest room at an economy hotel. If I was the designer, I couldn't have designed it any better. Breakfast is pretty simple but sufficient. 3 hot options (scrambled eggs, little quiche, bacon), oatmeal with toppings, cereal, plain bagel, blueberry bagel, English muffins, yogurt, juice, and coffee. The bacon was thin but kinda tough. They had a good selection of sauces (hot sauce, etc) for the eggs. Notable to mention the lack of self serve waffle maker that you see in many hotels. They aren't winning any awards with the breakfast but it gets the job done. SpringHill Suites has upped their game. I would gladly stay at hotels like this, even over 4 star fancy hotels with valet and doormen. I think for the average traveler/family, this hotel checks all the boxes and provides an incredible value (I paid about $106 a night for a night). Not sure if their rates will go up as the hotel becomes more well known, but I hope not. 10/10 would recommend.
