He was very communicative--even with the 13 hour time difference, I was able to coordinate with him easily. I had my husband be taken out of the house three hours before the party to set up... the balloon arch was delivered right on time. The photographer showed up half an hour earlier than the party. The magician I wanted to hire was booked somewhere else and I only found out a few days before, but the balloon sculpture artist Mark recommended instead was an absolute hit with the kids as well as the adults, which was a pleasant surprise. He made my husband the most outrageous birthday hat. Right when he was supposed to be done, one of the kids tripped and popped his balloons and got upset, and he stayed longer to make him (and a few other stragglers) more balloons. Truly kind. The photographer David was also really so helpful, friendly, and on it! He came early and helped with some of the set up... he was attentive and also very nice to talk to. Very natural (sometimes it's awkward when a photographer's in your face taking pictures but it wasn't awkward at all). We got a USB full of pictures right after the party! Really, what a great experience. My husband had a really great time. Thank you Mark and company!

I emailed her the date and time and she replied "We are available that date". We spoke on the phone and discussed my plans for the party. We were supposed to meet a week later to discuss a quote, but she rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances with another party she was planning. I agreed to meet her the following week and when I reached out to confirm the day we were supposed to meet, she replied s "I apologize in advance but I was looking at our calendar of events and our schedule is pretty tight". So now 2 weeks have passed where I could've been planning. As an event planner, I assume that before you continue conversations with a potential client you make sure you are available to provide your services on the event date and one of your priorities is to manage your schedule well enough to not put a potential client in this situation. I am writing this review to inform you that it is a possibility that Grayleen may overlook her calendar of events and inform you that she is available when in fact she is not able to provide her services as intended.

Seasons is easily one of the best places I've been to, hands down. The outside/grounds - beautiful. Inside - equally impressive. Cocktail hour - ridiculously over-the-top. The entrees later in the night - (here is where most places - even top-dollar banquet halls stumble, right?) - incredible. How they could knock out hundreds of plates that all looked good and at my specific table we ordered all the options and everyone was happy (and stuffed). Desserts - (another time a lot of places falter) - a delicious 'sampler platter' of Italian greatest hits (tiramisu, cannoli, etc.), and each one was a hit. Valet parking - funny enough when we first pulled in the guy just pointed at a spot for me to park in and later it was a blessing in disguise since I could just leave on my own, so I can't really comment here. Only issue - the damn volume of the DJ and music but that's on them and not Seasons. (I lost my voice - so I guess I had a great time, huh?!)
