It contains an array of vegetables including eggplant, squash, bitter melon, okra, and garlic stems that's cooked in shrimp paste, onions and tomatoes, and topped with crispy bagnet aka pork belly that is first boiled and then deep fried till crispy.

He did warn me about getting lunch/dinner though and I witnessed it a few times. Its a cafeteria style restaurant where food trays are on a heating counter. Just tell them what you want and they'll serve you and then you sit down. What bothered my co-worker and myself was that customers would randomly walk behind the counter and touch things. They would grab condiments, stir the food, talk with the cooks in the back, all while wearing dirty street clothes. I even saw an old lady reach under the glass/sneeze guard to point at food and her coat sleeve brushed against the food. It was gross and I walked out. Not sure what they did with that food. In summary: Food is good. Breakfast is made in the back and I recommend. Lunch/dinner/catering is good, but only have it when its fresh, otherwise i'd avoid it. It could have had a dirty sleeve in it.

I went to use the bathroom and waited after by the counter for our table, while my friends were in the waiting area. The same guy, was talking to other staff members with a condescending and loud tone, telling them to calm down and not to worry. He then asked if I needed a table, I said yes and for four. He said the wait is for an hour. I was shocked when I heard that, as 2 minutes ago he told my one friend that it's only a 15-20 minutes wait. No other customer came in, so I don't understand why the sudden delay. Then I said to him what he said to my friend, and he told me to "calm down", when he's the one who's raising his voice at me. First of all, if you can't treat your customer with respect, then you're not worth my business. So my friends and I left and went somewhere else. Secondly, the floors were so slippery, that I was terrified to slip, fall, and hurt myself. I gave that place another try, because on my first visit, the food were all so salty. Sorry @Max's Restaurant, you've lost four customers in one day.
