He really takes the time to listen and explain what's going on in a way that's easy to understand -- no pressure, no upselling, just honest care. I came in with neck and upper back pain, and after just a couple of visits, I felt a huge difference. He's incredibly knowledgeable, but also down-to-earth and kind, which made the whole experience feel less intimidating. You can tell he actually cares about helping people feel better, not just getting them in and out. I also appreciate that the office is clean, the staff is friendly, and scheduling is super easy. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who's not only good at what they do but also just a genuinely great person to work with.

I asked if I could book an appt. they gave me one the next day. I asked if they needed my name or insurance information. The man told me "no, just your phone number". I thought that was weird, so I gave them my phone number and name. I arrived the following day for my appt and asked the girl at the front desk if I was suppose to sign in. She told me "yes". I asked if she wanted my insurance card and she said "oh, are you a new patient?" I said "yes". And she asked for my insurance and ID, then handed me new patient paperwork that appeared to have been copied way too many times because it was hard to read. I filled out the paperwork and handed it back to the receptionist. The doctor came out in a ball cap, polo shirt, shorts and dirty shoes with what appeared to be no socks. I was thrown back by how unprofessional this establishment was and how disheveled they doctor appeared. When I got in the room the doctor told me that he does not take any insurance and asked me what my copay was and told me he would just charge me my copay because he wanted to make it affordable to me. He then told me that he doesn't take x-rays and he could start cracking on my back if I wanted him to, then all of the sudden got excited about ultrasound. He brought me to another room where his 1980's looking ultrasound machine was located. He took his "bowl" that appears to be, what I believe was a bleach bottle that had the top cut off, put some stuff in it and went to warm it up. Then he did this ultrasound/shocking thing on my low back. Surprisingly it helped, but I felt fairly uncomfortable the entire time. When he was done he suggested I buy a "train ticket", which I believe is a 4 visit package. I asked to just pay my bill and since I'm so nice, I just scheduled a follow up appt. with every intention on cancelling it the following business day. When I asked how much the visit was, they charged me $40, instead of my "copay rate". I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service, professionalism and cleanliness. I wish I was a little more verbal from the start. I should have walked out as soon as the receptionist didn't even ask for my name or knew that I was a new patient. That is my fault, but I most certainly will not return or recommend this office to anyone.

Not only was she professional, she was very informative, friendly and extremely understanding. I asked many questions and all were answered, I didn't get the usual "you'll have to come in before we can answer that ". Insurance, hours, services, doctors credentials, all were answered without reservation. I scheduled an appointment to be evaluated for medically necessary massage therapy and a check over and evaluation by Dr. Reynolds. My first appointment was great. Dr. Reynolds spent a great deal of time with me, he was very kind and answered all of my questions and concerns. I felt I gained alot of insight about my condition and what I could possibly expect from my therapy. Dr. Reynolds was very patient as I asked my questions. I then had my first massage therapy appointment. The room was exquisite. Soft colors, soothing music, muted lighting but not too dark. The best massage table I'd ever been on was in this room. It was clean, nicely warmed, padded and had great bedding. It also raised and lowered so as a spinal patient I had easy access. My therapist was probably the best I'd ever had. I've been getting massage for chronic pain from severe spine surgeries for about 20 years so I've seen a lot of different therapists. She really knew what she was doing and constantly made sure I was comfortable and asked if I had any special areas of concern or discomfort. She had been informed of my spine issues and that I was recovering from a total spine rebuild prior to my massage by Dr. Reynolds. At all times I felt completely safe, secure and confident in the care I was receiving. Because of pain I find it very difficult to be relaxed but for this 90 minutes I came as close to total relaxation as possible for me. I also was impressed that the therapists there are informed of your medical conditions by the doctor. I didn't have to spend any time I didn't want to explaining my recent or prior surgeries. Dr. Ryan communicates extremely well with his staff. It was probably as perfect as a massage could be. The massage therapists are also completely trained and certified. Definitely know what they're doing. My overall experiences here have been the very best. Great people, great place and great massage therapy! I'll continue to go here for all my chiropractic and massage therapy needs. Can I give it 10 stars? Honestly, it's the best.
