All websites upon which Dr. Borissova shows up indicate that she is accepting new patients. When I called I actually spoke to a real person all 4 times, and each time the person I spoke with verified that she is accepting new patients. Each time I was told that they were busy and had to check the schedule for availability and that they would return my call either later that day or the next business day. I NEVER received a call back and had to call back several days later only to be given the same song and dance - someone will call me back soon... I got tired of waiting and went with another doctor whose staff made an appointment for me and my wife at the time of my first call. I do not know how Dr. Borissova can hope to be successful when her staff cannot even return a phone call. I made sure that our insurance was…read moreaccepted and provided great detail about my husband's life altering injuries sustained 4 years ago when struck by a car while crossing the street. There is no civil litigation ongoing as the statute of limitations expired 11 months ago. They charged us $75 co-pay..called us in and informed us he would NOT be seen due to motor vehicle accident and suddenly they don't take our insurance. I checked again with our insurance provider...they ARE IN NETWORK. NOW...WE HAVE TO TRY AND FIND ANOTHER NEUROLOGIST AND LIKELY WAIT ANOTHER 6 months. Hypocritic Oath says "DO NO HARM" . If this type of treatment isn't harmful I don't know what is. Absolutely abhorrent treatment..total lack of empathy and to add insult to Injury the woman yelled " don't put your hands on me" my hands never even went near her. I an 65, 4'9, 100lbs... I would never put my hands on anyone. This was a lame blatant attempt to allege I was a threat? Shame shame shame. Disgusting. My husbands lack of movement was on the left side...it has now spread to both legs....and they have have put us out to dry. How would they like to be treated this way..or worth yet have their child or parents neglected so callously???
