Cal Tire in Westlock is awesome. I went in there late for a tire repair. It was important as I had a doctors appointment the following day in Edmonton that I couldn't miss. They quickly noticed that I didn't have my unlock nut with me. They assured me that if I could get back there before closing, they would be happy to help me. I left and shortly after I found it and returned. It was late in the day and getting close to closing but as they promised, they helped me out. They went above and beyond to do so. This is my favourite tire shop i have ever been to. Their customer service is amazing and always are able to help me pick the best tires to my type of driving conditions. There is no push to buy tires, they don't push the winter tires either. They do not hold onto vehicles because you didn't buy winter tires. They go out of their way to be helpful and understanding. They allow friendly dogs in vehicles as they are being worked on and usually have a great selection of used tires. read more
