I take alot pride in keeping the interior of my vehicle clean, but when I picked it up both my vehicles windows were partly left down and it was so extremely dirty in the interior it was a bit disappointing it couldn't be returned in the same condition I left it in (interior of course as it was there for exterior damage). Upon pick up I was notified they lost my set of car keys but did have a new one made. My old keys had a fob and that I never got back.. but it is something the company is working with me on. It does feel like its being dragged out as ive had the vehicle back over a week now.

They quickly noticed that I didn't have my unlock nut with me. They assured me that if I could get back there before closing, they would be happy to help me. I left and shortly after I found it and returned. It was late in the day and getting close to closing but as they promised, they helped me out. They went above and beyond to do so. There is no push to buy tires, they don't push the winter tires either. They do not hold onto vehicles because you didn't buy winter tires. They go out of their way to be helpful and understanding.
