We were very concerned about a problem on our suv that worn the two rear tires down in such a way we had to replaced them while we were out of town over the long weekend. They got us in very quickly on the very first business day. We went to pick up the vehicle and were able to speak to the mechanic himself that answered all our questions and explained to us why he replaced that specific part. Even the Service Manager followed up to see if we have any further concerns or questions. The vehicle runs smoothly after the excellent service. Someone ordered the wrong part at first so i had to bring my SUV in a second time which was a pain for me as i use my SUV for work every day. Communication of the wrong part the first appointment would of been nice too as i didnt know until I came to pick my car up that there was something wrong.
