Plus $1.50 for old avocado. No thank you.

Plus $1.50 for old avocado... No, thank you. Given fresh ingredients are key for poke bowls, I am now questioning the quality of all ingredients used. Old avocado aside, this place is at best OK. I have found better quality poke in grocery stores.

Kevin and his team were fast. The sushi tasted fresh and the toppings were so flavorful.

Owner Kevin is so sweet and was very accommodating to my hunger needs! Sushi is fresh and they cut it up in front of you. Tastes great with great customer service. Thank you!

This bowl was so good and I loved eating in the Pythian market. I'll definitely be there again. The food was fresh, tasty, and a little pricy for lunch but so worth it. I will be a returning customer.

I am very excited i found this place. Their poke is very good and i was able to order exactly how i wanted it since i am doing Keto. Good tasting poke with super fresh ingredients and extremely friendly staff. It's located in an indoor food cart type place and a very good ambience.

    Poke bowl, extra tuna!

The seasoning is chefs kiss. I didn't eat the Oyster just the seasoning and bread. I love the flavor profile. I got the Boudin Egg Rolls and a crab cake with 1/2 Shrimp poboy & corn and crab soup. The egg rolls have great flavor but doesn't compare to the Boudin Balls I've previously had. I would say they're kid friendly. I liked the red beans and rice but everyone else didn't care for this batch. The shrimp were large and seasoned well as i didn't eat the bread. Someone else ordered the Philly poboy. She said the meat was seasoned exceptionally well. I loved the yummy bites. I can see why the lines were long. Deliciousness all around.

I got the fried peace maker po-boy and it was delicious! The fried shrimp and oyster wasn't greasy and tasted fresh. My sister got the New Orleans medley, which was okay. We preferred the gumbo, which was very flavorful. The jambalaya was a little dry for our preference and the rice and beans lacked flavor. My dad got the gator bites which were also really good! We also appreciated the options they had for vegetarians - my mom got the veggie burger and sweet potato fries and enjoyed both. She also had a shellfish allergy and they took great care regarding cross contamination.

Asked if I could do my order over the phone to secure some crawfish, but she politely told me I needed to come and go through the drive thru. It's located on the left hand side of LA Hwy 70. There are two seafood places side by side but Craws and Claws is the first one before you get to the lake. Be careful where you turn in at because it's a drive thru set up, so you go in one side and come out of the other. If you mess up like I did, it's easy to turn around, just be careful. There was a dry erase board just off to the side of the drive thru where the whole menu shows you just what they have and the prices. I came on Monday April 26th at 2PM. The menu showed crabs, crawfish, shrimp, both live and boiled, corn, potatoes, sausage, mushroom, garlic, sausage, and more. The lady was so nice both in person and on the phone. She packaged our stuff up so securely and even gave us an extra bag just in case. Our price was $3.99/lb for boiled crawfish but depending on when you come that price will fluctuate. Early on in crawfish season it's pretty expensive, but toward the end of the season, things gets little more affordable. Hands down, that was the best crawfish I've had in a long time. It was spiced just right. We had not even one bad crawfish. It was all great. The potatoes and corn were excellent. The boudin did not disappoint. It was so tasty and delicious. We had a big ol' polar pop to help wash it all down. We paid about $58 and some change for 12lbs of very tasty crawfish....that included 2 orders of potatoes, 2 orders of corn, and 2 pieces of boudin. Not a bad price at all for the amount of food we got. We enjoyed every bit. We will be going back very soon.

The food was to as be expected there were no stand out surprise menu items. The usual salad; dressing and drinks. On this occasion there were about four different birthdays being celebrated. So that tells you a lot about the popularity of this location for the locals. Service was prompt and pleasant. We were seated and drink orders taken. There were four in our party. The price point was in line with the standard. Maybe a little higher because of substitutions. My only issue with this establishment was the clutter and dated interior. There were items in clear view that were supplies. They could use an upgrade in the dining area and restrooms. Good food; not great. Entertaining and definitely more than enough serving wise. We all had to go containers. Huge portions and fresh food. Would I recommend this experience... perhaps but don't expect too much.
