Everyone has heard about my deep rooted love and obsession for tacos and food stands, so I wanted everyone else in Baton Rouge to find out about this gem of a shady but delicious food truck! The meat is charred crispy to perfection, without being dry. The doubled-up HANDMADE a corn tortillas are definitely the best tortillas I have ever tasted. (Hmm, wonder if I can get a whole pack to go?!) The pupusas are delicious too, and come topped with a pickled cabbage. My friend did order the pork tacos, thinking it was carnitas, but it was actually chicharrones (pork rind) and we didn't like that one so much. I TOLD her to let me order for her in Spanish, but she insisted on the pork before I had the chance to people rly ask WHAT type of pork...... And yes, it's best to order in Spanish.
