As soon as it was (relatively) safe for them to do the work, they came out & did it. Both gentlemen working in my house wore masks & gloves the whole time & the company took safety precautions before sending them out. The work itself was well done. I had a somewhat tricky drywall repair/install, and needed the floor for one room tiled. They worked efficiently & effectively, and were always willing & able to answer any questions. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and most importantly safe during a difficult time to get anything done safely. Price was good considering the quality of work done, and the work area was left clean. I'll be calling them again if I ever have any other projects.

I am not normally someone who posts reviews, but felt compelled given the utter disrespect for my…read moretime that this company has had. We had an appointment for Mr. Ward to come to my home on July 8 to provide an estimate, which I took off of work for. The appointment was canceled by them the day before because they stated that they didn't receive the covid questionnaire, which I replied to the previous day. I chalked this up to a miscommunication, and scheduled another appointment for today with Mr. Ward arriving between 10:30 and 11:30. This appointment was confirmed by his office manager, Brooke and I was sent a calendar invite. It is now 12:47, and Mr. Ward has not shown up nor have I received an email, text or call to explain. I have now taken off of work on two occasions for this appointment, and I wish that I was able to write this review on reliability, quality of work, etc., instead of the unprofessionalism of this company.

We scheduled the repair a few days later and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. No hidden cost hikes, no whishy washey times frames and no mess left behind from these guys. I would definitely go to for them for what ever I need done and would highly recommend you do too if you want to have a job done right and fast.

Tauhid did amazing work for us on numerous occasions. A few years ago, we first hired him to…read moreremodel our back bathroom (which included designing and framing out a new bathroom within an existing bathroom/laundry room combo space, installing all new appliances (toilet, sink, washer, dryer) and moving the plumbing as needed for the redesign. He also did all finishing touches including installing the drywall, door, floor tiles, and painting. Then, in our kitchen, we hired Tauhid to install a new kitchen sink and countertop along with a dishwasher. We were so impressed by his work that we then had him re-drywall our living room ceiling and install crown molding. All of the work took many months to complete, and not only was it done beautifully, but Tauhid was amazing to work with and has become a friend who we know we can call on for any small or big jobs that we need. Since that time, we sold that house (I'm sure Tauhid's work helped us get top dollar for our house), and we have since had him install a dishwasher at my parents' home and move washer/dryer lines from the basement to the first floor. My parents had a wonderful experience working with Tauhid as well, and we are all grateful that we found a contractor who is excellent at his craft, is professional, is reasonably priced, and is a kind and trustworthy person.

From start to finish, Victor and the 2 other men on the team were knowledgeable, professional, and provided timely responses. Victor came out for the estimate and pointed things out that I never would've thought of. When I told him I was looking to save money by doing as much work as I could myself, he told me what would reduce costs (like removing carpet and as much furniture on my own as I could) and what splurges might not be worth it (matching laminate quarter-round and replacing my trim - I could just re-paint it). After choosing this company for the job, Victor answered additional questions and was very accommodating with scheduling the install. His brother and one other man came right on time yesterday to install. They were efficient (finished in about 5 hours and never took a break!), professional, and friendly. When finished, they asked to make sure things were cleaned up enough for us. They called Victor for me before leaving to ensure I was ok with the price of the job (which was right in line with the estimate given previously), and so I could ask him any questions. I would highly recommend Construction on Time for your renovation project. I will be reaching out to them for any future projects.

16 Aug. 2016 We have never encountered a more unethical and…read moreunprofessional contractor as Varga, the owner of Noor Flooring. Do not use his company under any circumstances. If it were possible to give a negative rating, we would. (Maybe Yelp should introduce negative numbers. Noor Flooring would earn a -10.) Over a month ago, we went into contract with Noor Flooring to install hardwood floors in three bedrooms, a hallway, and a walk-in closet in our recently-purchased home. Varga came to our home, measured for the job and then gave us a price for the job, to which we agreed and after which we paid him a deposit, based on a written estimate. He then ordered the wood, delivered the wood to our home so that it could acclimate for four to five days, and started the work (after a one-day delay, which went unexplained). The morning of the second day that the work was to continue, Varga sent us an email saying that he had underestimated the cost of the job and would not be able to continue it. Yes, an email backing out of work that they had already begun! After bailing out on our job, at no point did Varga call us directly, apologize, try to explain the nature of the error, or suggest any other remedy. Any contractor worth his salt would not have made a basic calculation error in the first place (or might have discovered it sometime during the six weeks between the initial bid and when work commenced). But, ok, we're all human and make mistakes. However, a more ethical person would have been clearer about more specific about what the error was and proposed a way forward that would have preserved the working relationship and ensured that the contracted work was completed, given that he had started the work already. Varga's behavior during this period underscores his core unprofessionalism. He has yet to call us. He has yet to agree to refund our deposit. He has failed to respond to various emails in anything but a cursory manner. So we are left with rugs and subfloors fully or partially ripped up from rooms in our home, rendering those rooms completely unusable. We are unable to fully unpack and our home is in chaos - thanks to Noor Flooring. The situation is irreparable at this point. We would not ever let Varga or his Noor Flooring crew back into our house for any reason whatsoever and are seeking legal action against his firm. They are simply not to be trusted. Consumer beware - run in the other direction should anyone ever recommend Noor Flooring.
